Good video. It’s arguably the best beginner-friendly tech free tank for its forgiving armor profile. Another point is its stupid good camo which is best in tier amongst all mediums. Pretty ridiculous how this tank still has its existing stats, but it has definitely been overshadowed by other more daunting reward vehicles.
Thanks I have been having a lot of problems on the Paris map as for the tank (Obj430U) I’ve enjoyed it a whole lot probably because I already had experience with the Obj140 and it’s weird armor layout I do tend to trust the Russian armor a lot more than the other nations armor but I’ve learned the hard way with the Obj140 that it’s best to be a little untrusting than rely on it too much. Again thanks for the advice on Paris and I like that those two TDs did help out I’m usually in my TD because I don’t trust other TDs to help out or in my light tank usually in a party of TDs and Arties for much the same reason, it’s nice to see some cooperation between tankers!!
Thanks Taugrim, Just the vid I needed. I rage unistalled after 40 games in it. Tilt playing explained it spot on. I worked so hard to finally get my first T10. The Obj430U. 40 games....38% WR. F*&^%$% Uninstalled Saw you vid, thought you could help, and you have. Reinstalled last night. Thanks. Tilt playing explained it all very clearly. Legend as usual.
I have mediocre stats in all the obj mediums. For some reason they don't fit my play style and it shows in the average damage. I appreciate this episode as it shows more technique behind the invincible 430.
lovely review once again. I'm currently grinding up this line (after the tree revamp I got up to the 430 easy, I went for the K-91 first on my eu account dropped that at T9 and went and got the 705a as my first T10) and enjoying the line, I get why people feel these two tanks are strong. Once I get the silver for the T10 will have a final judgement on the the tanks. As of right now I do feel the UDES line is still a better line and highly underrated even with the shit pen and trollish gun handling on the T9, the T10 for me is the best best T10 medium in the game. when I get the 430U though I'll make a final call, right now I feel it's the second best in my eyes.
I enjoyed the UDES medium line. They have a clear role: camo ridge snipers. They aren't built to brawl nor to circle strafe enemies. But they are nasty when hidden or when barely peeking over a ridge.
Hey new to this channel. Instant subscription! Love your game analysis and advice, glad you dont just complain about the team and spout about numbers like some RUclipsrs. This is awesome content.
430U is the second tier 10 tank I have. (sconq was the first one. I told you long time ago on patreon when I unlocked it haha. Now I have 10 tier x's) It's a very strong tank, but I don't like it. I like the 140 and 277 more. The gun feels so derpy in my hand i dont know why. The armor is amazing, but everyone switches to heat immediately after seeing a 430u. Even the turret i.e. 'cheeks' can be reliably penetrated with 330 heats. Its kinda like patton in some way, its a bit slow. I need a better map awareness to play these tanks. I have to run before its too late, and I have to constantly thinking the right position to go to. Not too aggressive and not too passive. I want to fire less heat and use it only necessary. But heat is just too attractive. For example, with 340 pen heat on 277 I can easily pen a perfect hull down stb1 right into the turret, leaving the stb1 to question his existence. Do you have leopard 1 now, its an amazing tank now. If you haven't you should probably unlock that line next. 420 alpha, laser shell velocity laser accuracy, very good gun handling, extremely fast.
It finished processing on RUclips about an hour ago. I was going to schedule it to go public at 6am PT, but I was curious to see how many people would be up around midnight PT.
I think if the 430U was a heavy, got heavy camo and mobility it would be fine. It is the whole package that makes it broken, including being matched directly against medium tanks. It allows it to fill both rolls, whereas no heavy can really perform that vision roll because of 8% camo. I have escaped some really tight spots in the 430U that I know I could not of in any heavy. For that matter, not even in the patton. The camo on the move is just way to high for the armor profile it has.
Agreed. Usually in a tier 10 medium you get 2 of the following 3 things: camo, armor, mobility. The 430U has great camo, great armor, and decent mobility.
Yo! Loving your videos so far, it's been helping me quite a bit even if I'm an average player :P Do these guides/videos go for stock tanks too, or do they differ in one way or another? (AMX-30 Prototype or T-44 for example)
I almost always review tanks that are fully researched. There's too much variance in what I could review otherwise. I'd rather review the tank in its fully-researched / "grown up" state. In general the tactics that I employ are applicable regardless whether your tank is fully researched or not.
I reviewed it years ago but now that the clip size is 4 I may revisit some of the French autoloader lights at tier 6 and tier 9. I recently reviewed the AMX 13 75 (tier 7) in the past year.
AMX 30 is a great all-around tank. It can spot, it can brawl (on a ridge), it can flex, and it has crushing DPM. AMX 13 90 is a solid tank if you enjoy lights with autoloaders. I haven't played the BC 25t AP since it replaced the former tier 9 tech tree Lorraine.
As always, very educational. Its so sad to see the developement of this game going down the drain, when it could be so much better. Playerbase reach higt tiers al too fast - hence their skill (lack of) and map awareness is non-existing. These days you almost only get a desent game in tier ten. All other tiers is kids in cars running and spinning around the middle map. How do you cope? Is so faqing frustrating - AND im even a very old guy, supposed to know better :) Well, thx. alot for your vids - keep it up young man!
There are bad players in every game. It's just wayyyyy more apparent in WoT when players are clueless, because you can't heal HP like you can in the PVP of MMORPGs. I get frustrated too, and it's something I'm trying to work on. BTW, I'm Gen X.
aside from the tank review, I think it's the map analysis that help me as a 'false beginner' (meaning I got tier 9 tanks but I still never know where to go on any map ... more or less).
430U is imbalanced because it has too strong armor AND too good camo WITH decent mobility. In meds you typically get 2 of those 3, not all 3. The gun is potato though.
@@taugrim With AP yeah the gun can be frustrating, but with most players, especially top tier players who mostly shoot premium ammo unlike you, the tank is stupidly broken.
Could you review the Chinese meds from tier 7 and upwards? I feel like they've been directly powercreeped by the 430u line and I want to know how experienced players like you handle them.
@@taugrim The first game I played after watching this video I managed to ace it on Redshire and get a Radley-Walters while at it... just want to thank you as that video really helped me stay level-headed in that match.
QB has multiple vids on stock tanks, I believe LemmingRush has some too. Basically you play support almost regardless of your class and try and use any strenghts you got even when stock. Those can be.. gun depression, having an autoloader, hull armor, hitpoints, speed in a straight line. Track what you cant pen and try to predict a battle to stay safe.
The 430U is fun because you can just throw it into situations it should never survive in and somehow it kills it. It's really op. I'm a bad player and I had a 78% win rate in it for a while
You have one big advantage over most other WoT RUclipsrs... you dont/barely use gold ammo. Kudos. Maybe it is the NA server but on the EU server the gold spamming got out of hand.
There's a lot of goldspam on NA. I've never fired gold ammo in Random Battles: taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#no-gold-ammo taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#gold-ammo-credit-sink
@@taugrim Yeah, WG really has to solve the gold ammo issue, it kills the balance. In my opinion, they should make HE more reliable and remove gold ammo, but that is very very unlikely. Another option would be to decrease the gold ammo damage by 25-50% in comparison to AP and even slightly decrease the penetration of the highest pen gold ammo shells (russian HEAT for example) Arty spam, gold ammo and general imbalance made me stop playing the game in 2015 (played since closed beta). I recently started a new account and the more i play the more i recognize that the game got even worse than from 2015 to 2020. Atleast back then, there werent utterly overpowered premium tanks (pay2win).
I loved the system that Armored Warfare implemented: - All ammo costs roughly the same (no Pay-for-Advantage) - All ammo had tradeoffs. APCR was highest pen, lowest damage. AP was high pen, medium damage. HEAT was medium pen, high damage. HE was lowest pen, highest damage
@@taugrim abload.de/img/shot_013t9jql.jpg check this out, even in low tier they spam gold ammo like no tomorrow. even when sidescraping with this tank (which is decent armor) i got penetrated everywhere (HEAT should get a change as well)
When you keep losing just play the KV2. One pen and all the worries go away. I just got it after about 7.5k games and wonder why didn't I get it earlier.
Multiple people have asked about the French autoloaders so I may revisit the AMX 12t and AMX 13 90. My reviews of the AMX 13 75 and Bat Chat 12t are still current.
I kind of want it, but at the same time I know I'd feel guilty playing it. Same way I feel about other tier Xs whenever I'm not in an all tier X game. I seem to prefer to just chill in random tier 6-8 tanks, making the credits. Plus I just know if I worked towards getting it then THAT would be the moment it'd get nerfed to irrelevance.
The gun handling and mediocre mobility (some heavies accelerate faster) make it not as faceroll as you might think. Still, it's very forgiving because of the armor.
Another tier 10 which I prefer the tier 9 below more. I've come to realize tier 10 is not for me. Not fun playing all tier 10 battles for me, well over 90% is all tier 10
@ying yang Be careful throwing that everyone term around. Any time you say that its instantly not true. Not everyone does anything. It only seems like everyone is doing it.
@@taugrim would be cool if you could. Me and some of my friends tht are grinding through this tech line finds it really hard to go through the t43. And alot of the reviews are pretty outdated since you have to deal with alot more newer tanks in the game nowadays. Love your vids as always and I watch your reviews when ever I come back to wot, just to get refreshed on wht I shud be doing.
@@taugrim yeah, i know, you cant pen everything everytime. But we can aggree that you would expect one of the biggest gun in the game to hit and actually penetrate more :)
Do you have any advice for the balance between being in a useful position, and getting damage? Like in the Paris game your position after the starting play wasn't super influential on the result. Ive been watching my dpg and wn8 go up, but I'm not winning any more than I used to.
My push helped to clear the mid platform (vs the 430U) and the northern side of the map (Conway, M46, T49, and JPE). I wouldn't say it was not influential. With Paris, any pushes mid or north require patience and timing. I have gone to the mid platform too early in many games and lost big chunks of HP.
thank you.. Challenge i am talking about, In a large map, we can use the view range and camo, In a small map, Med and heavy can spot them self, (we wont get spotting damage), Since we are weakly armoured, when we poke around corners, one mistake we will loose all HP, MY ELC was one shotted by T30 by HE.
its what you sayd at the end : its stupid to fully trust his armour , or to keep him full passive .find a team that cooperates (my first 3 games in the U , had a team mate and wee won , whit our tractors alive) , the next couple tens of games , trusting the armour i died stupidly .so ..
At first, when this tank was released, it was a very strong enemy indeed. But after some time, a lot of players discovered that it can be rather easily overtaken (at least in close quarters) by simply using HE rounds. When you fire at the most vertical side of the turret, the splash wave goes straight to the weak upper part of the body, which has 30 mm of armor, and as the result - severely damages crew and modules. Btw, Mr. T. why aren’t you using almost no premium ammo? As far as I know almost every good player uses a lot of premium rounds in every single game =)
Why I don't use gold ammo in Random Battles: taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#no-gold-ammo taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#gold-ammo-credit-sink
can i have a improved Equipment Recommended please? with road to berlin event i can afford 2 of those im think about improved vent + improved rammer + stab or improved vent + rammer + improved stab (for rusky gunhandling)
The first option makes sense. The gun is simply not accurate but Improved Vents help reduce it by 0.01. Also, Improved Rammer is the #1 choice for any single-shot medium. DPM boost FTW.
Actually, titanium is fine armor and titanium armored components have been used in vehicles including the Abrams and Bradley. It offers roughly equal protection to steel but at a significantly lower weight. And the original problem wasn't softness, but brittleness.
Actually you made quite a few mistakes dealing with that FV and leopard like turning the turret against a leopard who has your side armor (he will just shoot your side so keep your hulldown against hte FV and he shouldn't penetrate you should've saved atleast 700-800 hp and the E-75 i had with clutchbraking & all driver skills maxed out & food i had around 40-50 degrees turning hull and the E-75 will really give your AP ammo a swing at RNG because you basicly have less than 50% chance to pen him if he is sidescraping correctly
You're absolutely right about that FV such as turning the turret. I tried to rotate the turret back to the FV but did it too late and he shot me through the frontal corner of the turret straight on. About the E-75, I'd snapshot that first shot because I was scrambling to get to our E-100, and even if that first shot on the E-75 missed, my next one would have killed him, as I said in the video. I could have easily just rubbed up against him sideways and there's not much he could do about it.
@@taugrim but i also get you made a play you didn't know the outcome of and when faring in such waters you tend to make mistakes i bust myself making mistakes when trying new things all the time but we learn from it (When you know what you did wrong).
The Object 140 is by far better, I would enjoy a review on that. The DPM is better, the armor is more reliable, because people don't spam gold at you. When people see a 430U they think "Oh, I can't pen that" and they press the 2 key, while on the 140 people are like "I can pen him", but they fail because Ruski.
I dont know any other WoT content creator who could have your stats without firing any gold. Very impressive. I assume you dont play bad crews or stock tanks though?
I've grinded so tanks starting at partially stock. It depends: taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#stock-or-fully-researched E.g. for the 430, which has an easy grind, I grinded both the engine and then the tracks.
Mihailo Pisanjuk Depends on the tank mostly. Ammo rack has a hitbox at the front on some tanks (Centurions for example) so you want to repair them asap. If you don’t have it in the front, and you’re unlikely to get hit in the exact same spot it’s fine to repair something else, just sucks having a crap reload time.
Yes, always repair the ammo rack. But in that situation I had to save the repair kit in case I got tracked, because getting tracked could have meant a very fast trip back to the garage. Once I made it to the safety of the building and pile of rubble, I repaired the ammo rack immediately.
What makes the 4u a real bitch to take on 1v1 is its insane traverse and is quite difficult to track esp with a tvp. It then facehugs better than a bear and blasts you for a meaty 540-560. Definitly a carry tank. Off road is an essential skill. It can become quite boring running over reds which imo not a very enjoyable tank. Especially solo play.So king o/
The traverse on the 430U is slightly above average, but better than the TVP's. The armor is superb. My general advice is kill everything else while you can. The 430U can be a pain in the ass when played correctly to pen.
I usually just roll my face on my keyboard w/ this tank and Stalin does the rest

I rage unistalled after 40 games in it. Tilt playing explained it spot on.
I worked so hard to finally get my first T10. The Obj430U.
40 games....38% WR. F*&^%$%
Uninstalled
Saw you vid, thought you could help, and you have.
Reinstalled last night.
Thanks. Tilt playing explained it all very clearly. Legend as usual.
Tilt is brutal, but you can turn things around with a clear head. Glad to hear you're playing again!
Great video and commentary on this tank. I think I can play with this tank a lot better now.
Hey new to this channel. Instant subscription! Love your game analysis and advice, glad you dont just complain about the team and spout about numbers like some RUclipsrs. This is awesome content.
Welcome aboard and thanks for the feedback ✌️
I just love your videos. Quality content all the way. gg
420 alpha, laser shell velocity laser accuracy, very good gun handling, extremely fast.
actually the leo PTA is better between tier9s than leo 1 on X....love both after buff and my better knowledge of game after some time...
The gun on the 430U is one of the worst at tier 10. Bad accuracy and sluggish aim time can be frustrating to work with.
@@gaboftak tier by tier maybe, but tier 10 games are just more fun than tier 9 for me.
the BOBJECT MEDIUM that shouldn't have received this status.
as always, very insightful. I would LOVE to see you go against a certain unnamed russian player 1 v 1. It would be an Epic battle.
when i saw u carrying 0 GOLD AMMO ... i said oh man i have to subscribe to this guy
100% silver ammo only in pubs, and with my original account. Gold ammo is really bad for player and tank balance.
Thanks for the tank reviews and the advice.
here is my guide to the 430u:
press w.
thx for coming to the show.
Hilariously wrong.
No he's right.
wow this is late af, also had a game with you the other day it was great.
It finished processing on RUclips about an hour ago. I was going to schedule it to go public at 6am PT, but I was curious to see how many people would be up around midnight PT.
Taugrim yeah a couple of us it would seem
Good tank, didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would when I got it.
That's how I felt too, although having an initial 60 games like I did colored my perception of the tank. And the crappy gun handling.
I must be playing on tilt all the time 😉 As always, thanks for the quality review.
@@taugrim Completely understandable, keep up the good work! :3
Great videos man! Really informative, thanks. Could you do a vid on the crusader? I’m having some issues playing it
I love ur vids taugrim keep it up and can you do a review of amx 13 90
I reviewed it years ago but now that the clip size is 4 I may revisit some of the French autoloader lights at tier 6 and tier 9. I recently reviewed the AMX 13 75 (tier 7) in the past year.
Taugrim what their nine do you advise bc 25 t ap or amx 13 90 or amx 30
@@oscarnichols6452 I really like AMX 30
BC-AP might be the worst of the 3
Mihailo Pisanjuk thanks
Is so faqing frustrating - AND im even a very old guy, supposed to know better :)
Well, thx. alot for your vids - keep it up young man!
There are bad players in every game. It's just wayyyyy more apparent in WoT when players are clueless, because you can't heal HP like you can in the PVP of MMORPGs.
I get frustrated too, and it's something I'm trying to work on.
BTW, I'm Gen X.
Taugrim - i was looking - but - i didnt see any vids in your channel for the "Lansen C"...
aside from the tank review, I think it's the map analysis that help me as a 'false beginner' (meaning I got tier 9 tanks but I still never know where to go on any map ... more or less).
great video man , and dont worry we are all in the same boat when its time to be angry at this game lol
Object 430U is borderline overpowered, regardless if it's used without premium.
I don't agree on that.
"Borderline"? O.o
@@flingborg If you don't think 430U is overpowered, you're delusional.
430U is imbalanced because it has too strong armor AND too good camo WITH decent mobility. In meds you typically get 2 of those 3, not all 3.
The gun is potato though.
@@taugrim With AP yeah the gun can be frustrating, but with most players, especially top tier players who mostly shoot premium ammo unlike you, the tank is stupidly broken.
amazing played and hey lovely crew :D
Could you review the Chinese meds from tier 7 and upwards? I feel like they've been directly powercreeped by the 430u line and I want to know how experienced players like you handle them.
The T9/T10 Chinese MTs were never that good to be honest. Big alpha, horrible handling, big hull, meh armor.
They’re not worth it since russian mediums are in the game
@@zHell0w Yeah i know but I want to see how unicums play them
Ryan Shen no point
They suck
@@Qwerty-jl2yw You want to see unicums suffering in those shit tanks.
Nice vid. As usual. 👍
This is such a great video. I got so much from it and my boyfriend sent me here. Tanks baby o7
Glad it was helpful!
You know the tank is OP when you get 6.6k damage without an ace tanker
I tell ya acing 1marking UDES medium line was exactly this, not as hard as the 430/u but oh boy did I have to work for them!
To be fair a lot of my damage was not self-spotted, e.g. the 4k or so I put on their tanks in city.
But I do agree this is not an easy tank to Ace.
@@taugrim The first game I played after watching this video I managed to ace it on Redshire and get a Radley-Walters while at it... just want to thank you as that video really helped me stay level-headed in that match.
That's awesome, grats 👊
Amazing vid my friend.
Thank you 👍
3:47 the word you were looking for is opaque
For the m46, he has possibly a stock tank. Sadly no one show us how to play stock (except full gold, but that is not enough for win game).
I don't see any value in reviewing a tank in its stock state, because it's a ephemeral state. I'd rather show the tank at its grown-up state.
The 430U is fun because you can just throw it into situations it should never survive in and somehow it kills it. It's really op. I'm a bad player and I had a 78% win rate in it for a while
Ty T , TILT advise awesome 👍👍👍👍😎
I have Santa and the Christmas maidens crewing mine too, but somehow they don't seem to be as effective...
You have one big advantage over most other WoT RUclipsrs... you dont/barely use gold ammo.
Kudos.
Maybe it is the NA server but on the EU server the gold spamming got out of hand.
There's a lot of goldspam on NA.
I've never fired gold ammo in Random Battles:
taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#no-gold-ammo
taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#gold-ammo-credit-sink
@@taugrim Yeah, WG really has to solve the gold ammo issue, it kills the balance.
In my opinion, they should make HE more reliable and remove gold ammo, but that is very very unlikely.
Another option would be to decrease the gold ammo damage by 25-50% in comparison to AP and even slightly decrease the penetration of the highest pen gold ammo shells (russian HEAT for example)
Arty spam, gold ammo and general imbalance made me stop playing the game in 2015 (played since closed beta).
I recently started a new account and the more i play the more i recognize that the game got even worse than from 2015 to 2020.
Atleast back then, there werent utterly overpowered premium tanks (pay2win).
I loved the system that Armored Warfare implemented:
- All ammo costs roughly the same (no Pay-for-Advantage)
- All ammo had tradeoffs. APCR was highest pen, lowest damage. AP was high pen, medium damage. HEAT was medium pen, high damage. HE was lowest pen, highest damage
@@taugrim abload.de/img/shot_013t9jql.jpg check this out, even in low tier they spam gold ammo like no tomorrow.
even when sidescraping with this tank (which is decent armor) i got penetrated everywhere (HEAT should get a change as well)
Wow that's a brutal screenshot. LOL.
Hey @Taugrim , In your opinion is Obj 430U still great following the recent nerf? Great video!
When you keep losing just play the KV2. One pen and all the worries go away. I just got it after about 7.5k games and wonder why didn't I get it earlier.
Brilliant 🤣🤣🤣. Nothing like a 950 derp pen to 1-shot an opponent.
amazing video and amazing games man! :)
Hey Taugrim, thanks for the video. Question : why is this series still called Road To Unicum ? You made it ! You are a Unicum now xD
"Road to Unicum" is an aspirational title. Some of my viewers aren't Unicum yet. And I'm still on my journey, improving gradually over time.
@@taugrim thanks for the serious answer Taugrin, even though i meant it only as a joke :-P
😜
4 am, Ill gladly take this right now lol
hello taugrim! what do you think about re-doing guides on tanks buffed or nerfed, (ie your 13 90 videos got pretty outdated) ?
Wow I love how you don’t use gold. Just shows that you don’t need to pay more to have a bigger impact on the game!
Another tier 10 which I prefer the tier 9 below more. I've come to realize tier 10 is not for me. Not fun playing all tier 10 battles for me, well over 90% is all tier 10
Tier 9 is a more enjoyable tier. At tier 10 the balance is worse and the armor values are over-inflated.
@ying yang Be careful throwing that everyone term around. Any time you say that its instantly not true. Not everyone does anything. It only seems like everyone is doing it.
I'd appreciate your thoughts regarding the 140. Thanks, cheers
I'm going to review it. Dusted it off the shelf last night after not having played it for over 5 years. So thanks for asking!
@@taugrim
Thanks, that would be great.
Cheers
Can you do more tier 9 and 10 meds? Much appreciated.
Yup, Leopard PTA is next.
Will you be doing a review on the dark horse of the tech line, the T-43? Im having a hard time grinding through it...
I dunno. Maybe, because you asked.
Have you done any of the british heavies? Like the super conq or conq?
Not yet, I only played up to the tier 6 Churchill.
that jagdpanzer e100 bounce, man... as a fellow jgpe100 player i felt that in molecule level. And thats why i hate that tank....
Well it did hit my turret face. I drove toward him so he couldn't shoot my hull. But yea it sucked for him.
I have gone to the mid platform too early in many games and lost big chunks of HP.
dont have 430U yet, only 430,but I heard its gun handling is not the best one at all....so no snapshots with it....
I can't play this tank ... I can get 3k avg dmg in a pta, but only 1.6k in this thing. I hate it and this makes me feel bad :(
Couldn't get an ace on this tank and it hurts
please tell how we can play light tanks in small maps? Not EBR, some thing like AMX-30-100 in a small map..
I'll add that to the backlog.
Well, it seems u heard wrong then.
Why I don't use gold ammo in Random Battles:
taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#no-gold-ammo
taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#gold-ammo-credit-sink
Obviously the JP E-100 doesn't penetrate. Never happens to me.
I intentionally rushed him to force a shot into the turret. It worked.
Yo, that first battle was 1000% supposed to be a loss. lol The teammates were throwing their tanks away all over the place.
Yup, that's why I was elated a wrote "LIKE A BOSS" in the chat at the end. Our tanks in field largely melted without contributing meaningfully. 😬
can i have a improved Equipment Recommended please?
with road to berlin event i can afford 2 of those
im think about improved vent + improved rammer + stab or improved vent + rammer + improved stab (for rusky gunhandling)
The first option makes sense. The gun is simply not accurate but Improved Vents help reduce it by 0.01.
Also, Improved Rammer is the #1 choice for any single-shot medium. DPM boost FTW.
@@taugrim thank-you very much for the answer
I don't want to be pedantic, but titanium wouldn't make a good material for a tank turret, being softer than an equivalent steel alloy turret.
Actually, titanium is fine armor and titanium armored components have been used in vehicles including the Abrams and Bradley. It offers roughly equal protection to steel but at a significantly lower weight. And the original problem wasn't softness, but brittleness.
@@ARCNA442 Interesting, thank you for the information.
Actually you made quite a few mistakes dealing with that FV and leopard like turning the turret against a leopard who has your side armor (he will just shoot your side so keep your hulldown against hte FV and he shouldn't penetrate you should've saved atleast 700-800 hp
and the E-75 i had with clutchbraking & all driver skills maxed out & food i had around 40-50 degrees turning hull and the E-75 will really give your AP ammo a swing at RNG because you basicly have less than 50% chance to pen him if he is sidescraping correctly
But I'm not sure if I need to be careful or not. 🤔
Like a boss xD
🤣🤣🤣
Obj 430U best equipments 2.0 ??
The Object 140 is by far better, I would enjoy a review on that. The DPM is better, the armor is more reliable, because people don't spam gold at you. When people see a 430U they think "Oh, I can't pen that" and they press the 2 key, while on the 140 people are like "I can pen him", but they fail because Ruski.
I dont know any other WoT content creator who could have your stats without firing any gold. Very impressive. I assume you dont play bad crews or stock tanks though?
SirFoch too.
@@leofigoboh1611 ive seen foch firing gold tho? not hating i like him too.
I've grinded so tanks starting at partially stock. It depends:
taugrim.com/2015/02/19/road-to-unicum-guide-videos-for-world-of-tanks/#stock-or-fully-researched
E.g. for the 430, which has an easy grind, I grinded both the engine and then the tracks.
Check about Zefeka
Shouldn't you always repair your ammo rack? I heard that the next penetration you receive is guaranteed to blow you up.
@@Tre4Townsend So only another hit in the ammo rack then. Good to know. Thanks
Yes, always repair the ammo rack.
But in that situation I had to save the repair kit in case I got tracked, because getting tracked could have meant a very fast trip back to the garage. Once I made it to the safety of the building and pile of rubble, I repaired the ammo rack immediately.
Can you do a k91 video?
i am at obj 430 the tier 9, is the engine and tracks worth to get if u are not intend to keep it?
What makes the 4u a real bitch to take on 1v1 is its insane traverse and is quite difficult to track esp with a tvp. It then facehugs better than a bear and blasts you for a meaty 540-560. Definitly a carry tank. Off road is an essential skill. It can become quite boring running over reds which imo not a very enjoyable tank. Especially solo play.So king o/
The traverse on the 430U is slightly above average, but better than the TVP's. The armor is superb. My general advice is kill everything else while you can. The 430U can be a pain in the ass when played correctly to pen.
