From what I understand the .bin files that are used for the game are within the .cpk files that are in the download installation folder. You can use a program like cpk brower/cripackedfilemaker to open it (and eventually turn it back into a cpk) to edit the .bin files, but I'm not sure if it will work and not corrupt the game files.
@@rafaelagonzaless I'm not sure what you mean by locked, maybe try making a copy of it and if it still shows blank, you can use CGPE For PES 2021 by Shawminator to open the cpk files and extract it. It's not guaranteed to work but you can try it.

@@tradtrad1000 yep you are correct and i have tried that its just smokepatch locked some of the cpk files so i cannot extract all the .bin files

@@tradtrad1000 I tried to extract 06smkdb_sys.cpk from smokepatch using cpkpackedfilemaker but it crashes i think it is locked by smoke
