It's pretty simple, actually. Create a sample, it only needs to be a single sample in length, and draw in a maximum amplitude value for it. This is your DC offset signal that you can now use with ahdsr envelopes in the modulation section. You can use the am filters if you want polyphony or just stack ring modulators in the fx section. You would assign macros to whatever parameters you want to be able to change/play, then put an instrument macros device in the track fx section and record your automation
