Also, don't go the gym everyday, unless you're a professional athlete or something. You'll overtrain, your muscles will be on fucking fire and you'll be too sore to even move.
@@DoctorLazers as long as you properly rotate muscle groups you can go like 6 days a week (chest, arms, legs twice a week). Your body doesn't need a full week to heal before you can start working out again.
@@aidanderson53X I never said you need a full week off (I do two days on, one day off) just that EVERYDAY is too much for like 99% of the population. Even then, I ain't gonna recommend a 6 day rotation to someone who's new to the gym/working out. Start small, work your way up.

i was diagnosed with depression when i was young. my dad thought that i wouldn’t be depressed if i “just exercised more”. i did nothing but exercise in my spare time. six years later and i’m still hella depressed.
You have to shoot-up at the gym or you'll never make it. I can't tell you how many times I just ended up standing in my driveway for forty minutes in a full nod, neighbors threatening to call 911. It's okay guys, I'm just feeling the burn!

If this isn’t my cousin.😂we once ate a pizza and he ate the whole thing minus 1 slice. I was like “wtf your going to get fat!” But he just blew it off saying he’ll work it off at the gym. This was when we were both 14 when your metabolism really helps with your calorie intake. But man, i knew exactly what would happen 30 years from now with the same dietary habits when it gets way harder to work off a few pounds.

True facts people, weight loss is like 90% diet. Exercise is great, especially if you're trying to build muscle, stamina, etc... But for most of us, where the goal is just to trim down some excess weight, diet is VASTLY more important.
