    Raw groundnuts (peanuts) are rich in energy. Containing a potent combination of vitamins, minerals, fiber, fat and protein, consuming raw groundnuts increases energy levels and keeps the body feeling full for longer, making weight loss more manageable.
    Groundnuts can be a complete diet by themselves. In India, some yogis have been known to go on a 100% raw peanut diet because it is a complete food by itself, if it is eaten raw.
    Note: Peanuts must be soaked for a minimum of six hours in water, which takes away certain aspects that in Ayurveda are called Pitta. If you eat peanuts without soaking them, it tends to cause rashes and nausea.

      Bhai meri bhi dikhti thi. I had a word with my gym trainer. He said sabki body type alag alag hoti hai. Uski bhi dikhti thi. Par uske chest, back, biceps, triceps itne strong they ki collar bone bilkul buri nahi lagti thi. I am working out for past 3 months and now it does not look that bad. I am sure aap ache se 6 months consistently week mein 5 days work out krengey jisme weight training ho toh aapki bhi collar bone buri nahi lagegi kyunki dhyaan strong upper body ki taraf aur mazboot legs ki taraf jayega.
