  • These sandwiches are super easy to make and are incredibly delicious! Thin sliced pork marinated in white wine, paprika, fresh garlic, bay leaves, and salt/pepper is fried up, added to a bun, and topped with piri piri sauce, olives, and mustard. Enjoy!

Just watched Gordon Ramsey make his version of this. Yours is better by 1000% I however would not have used pre-sliced pork....

🤣 My wife is a huge "Hell's Kitchen" fan, so she'll love to hear that! I appreciate it. Yeah, at home, I usually get a pork roast or loin and slice it myself. It's part of the fun. At the store in Portimao, I didn't see any roasts that would work for this, but they had the fresh sliced stuff. When in Rome... 😁

@ThisDadGoesTo11 I'm a chef at a Portuguese restaurant. Got a chance last year to work with a Michelin star chef from Lisbon. He uses beer instead of wine. Give it a try

Oh, amazing! That would be a fantastic experience. I do like the idea of using beer (something I love, for sure!) Thanks for the tip! 🍻
