- The tallest building in Lake Charles, Louisiana is no longer apart of the skyline after its planned implosion. The building was badly damaged during Hurricane Laura in 2020.

I don’t understand the waste. Maybe the building wasn’t safe anymore, that’s fine but there is a huge wall of glass, could the glass not be reused? What about the inside, were there things inside that could be reused to build homes for homeless people? I hate destruction and waste.
