I got one of these as a gift when they first came out. Very pricey now, if you find one. I've been a S/M fan since I was kid. I have the GTX, and I made a 71 Roadrunner, a Superbird and a 69 Barracuda with the Sox/Martin paint scheme and decals. Haven't started this kit yet, but I'm sure it will great.
I started mine last week. The fenders are molded with the chrome trim strips, i sanded em off.. goin for the street strip look. Also ordered a decal sheet from revell for the 2n1 version to mix. Better gauges and side stripes.
Awesome beast of a car! I really should hunt down a copy of this kit but it must be at premium prices now that Revell US is gone but I need a few Plymouth 'Cudas in the collection. It looks like Revell did a great job with this one!
Great videos. I remember going to the drag races with my uncle in the summer. I saw Sox and Martin in the late 60's and early 70's. Always loved their cars but I have never built a model of it. As soon as I finish this post I am going to order one. I remember another pro stock racer named Grumpy Jenkins who drove a 1970 Camaro, but I can't find a kit of his Camaro, just the Nova. Do you know of any kits out there that I could use for it, and some decals, again all the decals I've seen out there are for the Nova. I would appreciate any ideas you or anyone else might have. Now I've got to go and order that kit. Thanks again.
+nsfan1956 Sorry man, no leads on that kit, but search Ebay and ask around at the forums like Model Car Magazine and maybe one of those guys will know.
Would like to see the parts (if they are close to the Johan kits, and when it's done. I have two un-opened Johan models of that car; can't bring myself to open one and build it, but they were great kits. My friend built one when we were young.
Picked this one up the other day aaaand the Dick Landy '68 Dodge Dart....I'll be seeing YOU at the tree, prepare to see my taillights mate! 😉😆🤜🏻🤛🏻 Now I need a Dick Landy '70 Dodge Challenger, do a wee strip diorama with them next to each other....😎🤘🏻
Please do a full build review of this lovely kit!!

yes, a build video would be awesome!
I met Buddy Martin in 1997, when he was a guest speaker at a drag race chassis class. Nice guy. I leaned a lot.
Wow beautiful kit, if you can.come up with the aftermarket parts, You can also use the hemi cuda or AAR cuda too
I like the fact that it has hardly any flash if any at all and great details. It's going to be one good looking Cuda when its finished.
It's nice to see new kits fresh out of new molds, always really clean.

Do you know where I can pick up this kit? I saw a lace in Germany selling it put the shipping cost was too high.
Ebay?
The best that I could find there was a kit from Germany for about $35 but the shipping cost was $75, I ain't paying that!
