Krillin is a nice choice for #1. He was my grail for a while. Glad I finally have him. I gotta say though that my #1 figure of 2022 was Zarbon. Something about him looks elegant. Maybe it's the V-Taper, or the cape, or a combination of both but I just think he's freakin' cool.

Well its a great thing we got both versions of namek saga vegeta.
@@mr.weatherreport Dream come true. That Frieza saga Vegeta have been my most wanted figure in years. Back in the early days of the line when they would make like 3 figures per year I could never think they would do half the stuff that came out in recent years for SHF dbz.
Nice list! Future Trunks reissue is the DB figure I’m most excited for next year - also really hoping they do a Mecha Freiza for him to go up against to!

3.0 Krillin and SSJ4 Vegeta were the highlights of Tamashii. Very excited for Super Janemba and Super Baby 2 Vegeta along with 3.0 DBZ Trunks in 2023. Happy New Year 🎊

No surprise seeing Krillin at 1, his 1.0 was already a pinnacle figuarts and now 2.0 is an even better version with more accessories, better articulation and sculpt. Don't have Cell or ssj4 Vegeta yet but asides from them Zarbon, Gohan, and Dodoria would be my 2nd-4th choices, Zarbon all 3 aesthetically are almost perfect and articulation wise are all great except for Zarbon & Dodoria I wish had alternate shoulder pads akin to Jeice or articulated like Raditz's ones.
This year overall was alright for figuarts, last year overall was better imo but 2023 looks like a step-up, 2nd form Frieza looking to potentially be contender to Cooler, Turles looking as aesthetically pleasing as Raditz, much needed 2.0 Trunks which looks amazing and already topping the DBS Trunks, and A19 & 20 look amazing.
For the Super Hero side of the line Orange Piccolo has my interest but I'll skip Beast since Ultimate Gohan is enough for me, getting Pan and Gamma 2 which look to be at least alright figures.

Been a great year for SHF. Turles is definitely the most anticipated for me, that Trunks 2.0 is definitely a close second though.
What I'm most excited for is just more announcements, seeing what SHF have got in the pipeline n speculating on who we'll see next in figure form. If we get another Namek line at some point I'd love to see a Namek Saga Vegeta, Cui, maybe even Mecha Frieza.
I also wonder if we'll ever see a King Kai, that would be pretty cool, with Gregory and Bubbles included as like mini figs

This may sound like a contradiction, but i both liked the Dodoria figure because it exists, but also had it as the most disappointing figure on my list because of the articulation.. I'm not sure if this is a wide spread problem but my chest articulation is completely floppy and i can't have him do anything but stand straight up...
I hope they make both looks of vegeta on namek saga
For me, my number 1 would be SSJ2 Goku cause I love that form or Superhero Gohan. I think Superhero Gohan could have been number 1 but Bandai had to split up the accessories to other characters basically Gohan BAF to make it a cheap price, but yeah surprised krillin is number 1 than SSJ Vegeta anyway Happy Holidays/Happy New year 86 and here's to more Awesome Dragon ball Reviews Next Year!!!!.

SSJ2 Goku sitting high on my list as well, so much so I bought 2 of them...and now waiting for P-Bandai to ship 🥺
OK so it wasn't just me, I don't know what it was but when I got my Crailyn figure I thought it was amazing, I've never had a figure feel so articulated and satisfying.
For me personally, I don't have all of the figures from this last year (some are still in preorder Hell,) but for now my personal Top 5 would probably go something like this.
5. Tied for Hero Goku or Vegeta
4. Freeza 4th Form: Third Coming
3. Android 21
2. Krillin 2.5
1. Ultimate Build-A-Figure (but seriously, Gohan's pretty solid for $40 on his own. Just pissed Tamashii keeps adding stuff to him that come with other figures to justify their prices.)

I would like to get Porunga but the price is soooo high for a non-combatant character. Doesn't help that little green is lacking in the articulation department (or so I think I heard)

What annoys me is they done every obscure character , but still havent done ONE OF THE MAIN VILLAINS KID BUU .

We need a Perfect Cell 2.0. All the original variations are bad, with wrong scale and wrong proportion. Purunga looks like a 50$ toy because of the lack of paint.
