I had to go keto or low carb AGAIN...I've done it before and lost 90 lbs but gained it back after starting to eat junk again. Ugh. This time I HAVE to be serious about it though and stick with it longer term because I recently found out I had gall stones. So very painful! 😫 Anyway, I know obesity has something to do with it and low carb will help me with that. But I am a food addict and Popeyes is my FAVORITE! 🤤🤤😭 I JUST seen their commercial for a fried chicken sandwich and immediately wanted to run out and get one. 🙃😋 Instead I looked up a keto way to make this sandwich (because I do LOVE to cook homemade food too instead of always wanting to eat out) and came across your video. I tried this. So good!!!!
I skipped the egg, I just used the milk as the wet.
And straight into the oven on a wire rack for 35mins at 425F

the title is the little misleading. I don't have an oven where I am. It would have been nice to know before watching the video for so long, that there will be a baking stage. Keep that in mind and also add subtitles for your ingredients.

For this recipe there isn't another option. Now, there is a keto flour by King Arthur but I have never tested it or used it.
What kind of protein powder? Is it keto friendly?
I use whey protein isolate that is unflavored. The flavors have sugar in them

I'm gonna do this on a rattle snake I killed, It was 4 feet long and in my back yard, I have a 6 year old and my neighbor has a 4 year old, it was just its time to go.
Used this on the rattle snake, and I on't regret it at all, it was fantastic. I chose tallow as my deep fry oil...soooo good.

They sell Chicken skins also,you can use them instead of the pork...they sell them in bag just like the pork ones
