- This is half pound of parsad please double or tripple to your needs.
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup semolina / cream of wheat
1 cup ghee
3/4 cup sugar
2 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups whole milk / evaporated
1/4 tsp cardamon powder / elychee powder
1/2 cup raisins
1 tbsp pureed fresh ginger

I LOVE cream of wheat! Lol when I saw this recipe I had to click:) looks delicious and thanks for sharing, I have a similar recipe that is made with flour fried and then we add boiling hot water with sugar, gives your arms a great workout LOL
Ohhhhh gosh tanty! I make that this weekend it came out great! I made a triple batch it taste so great! I shared for my neighbors and my co workers they allll loved it.

Thank you for sharing Natasha 🙏 I tried it and it turned out great, but I did add half cup extra milk because it needed a little more cooking, also I used evaporated milk, and it turned out delicious 👍💗💗💗
