I did try the different platforms, and I was scanning around for the Purple tear. Was just nowhere to be found 🤣 So I gave up. I had no issues this week with the dragon not flying in LFR. Thankfully 🙏
i think mounting up too early (not sure when), causes you to only be in riding mount (like in other dungeons) not flying. so i guess waiting / remounting helps. but it is also possible to fly to the other platform and take the portal
@AverageTeaDrink hahaha legend mate, yeah the rift is basically on the opposite side of tree from the one you were on, just fly straight to the tree and fly around it. and the mounting issue is since 10.2.5 where dragonflight is global, it used to block you from mounting on your dragonriding mount until the roleplay had finished, but you could mount on your regular mounts, no dragonflight I'd allowed anywhere it allows you to mount before the RP ends, but doesn't let you fly. so you gotta demount and remount AFTER the RP ends and it says "you can fly now" also gz on tindral kill bro!
@AverageTeaDrink I also picked up WW monk about a 4 weeks ago, first time I've ever played it and since cataclysm when I joined I've always been super casual, but i enjoyed WW monk so much I decided to give playing wow at a decent level a go, now in 4 weeks I accomplished 3.1k rio, rank 5 in normal amidrassal (a absolutely meme I know) and also top 100 heroic such an insanely fun class, has abit of everything!
