Like you, I workout pretty frequently and I was wondering if you’ve thought about incorporating more protein into your diet? (lentils, beans, banza, tofu, soy, nuts, whole grains, etc) Just to help with muscle repair!☺️
note this is just for one day's example! whole grains would imagine would be in the toast she had earlier in the day, and have there forms of protein various days! :)
Maggie you should try making a bean salad! Just throw in a couple different types of beans, then chop up veggies like cucumber tomato onion etc.. then make a dressing with red wine vinegar and olive oil and salt pepper! It’s so good!

i think this is a muchmuch better way to bring up your diet and eating. Before, you were promoting just straight up food combining and while you meant no harm whatsoever- with an impressionable and young audience many girls wanted to do this specific diet you promoted. It wasn't so much people mad at what you were eating but the diet you were promoting. That diet itself was definitely controversial but this was worded very well! Definitely appreciate this :)

Omg be careful w the heat..that's so bad for your stomach .. maybe not now but on the long run its really harmful...it felt like a hot sauce kind of toast not an avo one ..for magnesium I would suggest to get the original coz the flavored ones r filled w additives and chemicals... but works super good though ...

I am a vegetarian, and I eat alot of peanut butter, tofu, eggs/dairy (but if she's vegan I would imagine dairy substitutions have protein in them?), beans, greens, and you can get like vitamins/suppments. B12 and Creatine, for example, are nutrients you can typically only get from animal products, but you can take supplements for it (I should be doing more so lol) @UC-rRMoHDFnXgHXUh3CYE_XQ

Zoey Renee you’re right it does vary by day! the toast was rice but i do know theres small amounts of protein in every food!

Maggie you should use avocado oil! it has a higher smoke point than olive oil! which means it doesn't oxidize and turn rancid when heat is applied!
