If you drink so much water you should wait more between meals bc the water dilutes the acidity in your stomach and the volume of liquid makes all the food stay more in the stomach. I used to make the same mistake and drink so much water and i fell bloated all day 😒

I just wanted to mention that I'm a nutrition science major and I'm not sure if you knew but steaming veggies actually gives you the least amount of nutrients from them, all the nutrients go into the water that it's steamed in! The best way to cook veggies is ironically to microwave your foods and even getting them frozen then microwaving them. They are flash frozen at the peak of their nutritional value so it's no worse than eating raw veggies. Just thought I'd let you know if you didn't already!

Ive never seen hu bars in my area. If anyone is looking for other good dark chocolate with simple ingredients, MAST Brothers dark chocolate is delicious. Its a little less per bar than hu, but it's also just organic cacao & organic cane sugar. It's nyc based so im not sure how widely available it is. Wegmans brand makes a dark chocolate bar for $2 also (a little more of an approachable way for me to upgrade from Hershey & dove!)

I don’t believe in the food combining rules but the fact that you read ingredients and not calories is so important. People say this leads to an eating disorder but you don’t approach it in that way at all. Even though I don’t agree with the rules you are setting a good example by making people more aware of what they’re eating. I love raos sauce too it’s amazing!
i make my avo toast the exact same way except i add sunflower and pumpkin seeds! u should try it sometime its amazing (with or without)!! also adding the tiniest bit of everything but the bagel seasoning from trader joes can made a BIG difference!

Hi Maggie! You might be having a hard time falling asleep because of the late night cacao snack. I was feeling amped late at night and couldn't pinpoint the cause, even when I stopped drinking coffee. Cacao contains caffeine, and may act like a stimulant. Hope this helps
Maggie u need to try lemon pepper on your avo toast!! it makes it taste super refreshing but also it is kinda salty so I don't even have to put salt and pepper on it

Just a little tip. You should keep your seat cover on the toilet down because your stool has I guess you can say particles that fly in the air & can fall on your food. Same thing with your tooth brush, make sure it is covered
