I've heard DMT is the same chemical released in the brain when you die. I also heard a story of someone high on it for a couple minutes but could remember his daily activities of living with gnomes for months. So I always imagined when you die you go on a seemingly endless drug trip and whenever I have an anxiety attack and think I'm going to die I always try to think of my partner as my last thoughts so my endless drug trip when I die could be about them. ❤
When I think about what happens after I die, I agree with Watsky's line in his song "Conversations." "I'm thinking death is more like eternal TV static or returning to the state before your birth, absorbed into the earth" I specifically agree with the part about returning to the state before your birth. I don't remember what things were like before I was born. I suspect I won't remember what it's like when I no longer exist, and that's okay.
I'm Egyptian Pagan, my husband is Christian, and our boyfriend is Norse Pagan. So we all have different views of what happens when we die. But we all agree that no matter what the 3 of us will be together when we pass. For the viewer question, yea that dude isn't her boyfriend, especially if he makes no effort to see her / spend time with her, and doesn't even celebrate her birthday. She needs to tell him how she feels and move on from him if he doesn't wanna be more involved in their relationship.
@@dianelaner5114 she might think she is but no. I know she thinks she is above criticism because of all this is performance art served with a side of word salad but no lol. Ironically a lot of her videos include dead babies for some reason.
if the answer to the afterlife is nothing, it would break me. it would mean life is meaningless, all the pain, the joy, the sadness, the anger, the isolation, everything meaningless. yeah I wont be able to take it.
One of the things I question about existence is how arbitrary lifespans seem to be. Like evolution is supposed to be all about survival. Evolution did come up with reproduction but wouldn't a fantastic survival strategy be the ability to simply not die of old age? Or I guess evolution was thinking we are so likely to get eaten it just doesn't give a crap about trying to live forever and it devoted itself to simply not getting killed by other life. It takes forever but now that humans have relatively conquered most threats we may now be highly evolving to simply survive disease and aging.
I can't stand philosophy because it ends up being a statement that I don't agree is valid followed by 500 pages of extrapolated thought all contingent on the statement I disagree with being valid. So I stick to summaries and now GPT to get the general gist of what different thinkers have said.
Nothing like finding out Caroline Konstnar has a show on Roosterteeth exactly one month after Roosterteeth announces that they're shutting down.

I thought Caroline was older than me, and she is younger than me by three years. Completely caught me off guard.
I hope my consciousness would continue and allow me to explore the universe forever. Maybe see what other planets or other life out there is like.
woah shoutout to caroline, did not expect to see her here

I figure the world will still suck after I die.
Descartes Is
"It's like I model my behaviour after them. What is that?"
Autism.
(This is a joke. Don't actually armchair diagnose people.)

caroline was so well behaved here lol, turned out to be a real jerk
yeah, she's done now.
I recommend "WE" by Zamyatin for someone who enjoys dystopian books! It is the inspiration for books such as Brave New World and 1984
Bet you Caroline is pretty glad noone brought up the Mein Kampf thing...
Wdym?
