When studying in the USA I met many students from Africa and their impression is that Hinduism is totally wrong, even one top student from Nigeria. I am wondering why you follow religions (Christianity and Islam) which cause so much brutality to your people. I read about it, slavery was started by Muslim of Arabia and continued by the Europeans. Some may ask why there are few Africans in Arabia; it is simply because the male slaves were castrated!

It is sad to hear that you had to leave your family too. You have to follow the path you want to follow, and I know all too well that interference of family can make this hard to impossible. I really hope you will find knowledge and joy in your life and also, I hope that some day your family will accept and respect you and the path you chose so you can have ( some ) family back in your life 🙏

The Bible, especially the Old Testament, is filled with numerous stories of animal and human sacrifice. God, we are told, likes the pleasing aroma of burning flesh. Animal sacrifice is much more common than human sacrifice, but both occur and are “pleasing to the Lord”.
Genesis, the first book of the Bible, has Abraham preparing to sacrifice his son to God. “Take your son, your only son - yes, Isaac, whom you love so much - and go to the land of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains, which I will point out to you.” (Genesis 22:1-18)

Proof that the bible is NOT written by God: There 'god' says, concerning the Rainbow: 'I do set my bow in the clouds', when today we know that it is just a 'bow' in men's and earth's sight, but from GOD's and the Universe's sight it is a CIRCLE!!! If God would have spoken, he would have said ' I do set my circle in the clouds'!

I grew up Christian and the main reason I left it behind was that it seemed incredibly unfair for people to burn in hell for all eternity just because they were unable to figure out which book was written by the true God. I resonate so much with this guys experience. Having multiple lives seems so much more fair. And I have memories from past lives so at least this would be an explanation

And events start happening depending upon your soul level.. Hinduism Jainism teaches us many ways like yoga pranayma meditation, devotion way or rigorous fasting in jains to develop your soul. Start reading Bhagwad Geeta to understand ways to develop your soul.. Then go for yoga, meditation, pranayam and read scriptures of Jainism, hinduism...

Sanatana Dharma, requires you to reform, purify, through thousands of lives till you are qualified to merge with your maker.
Abrahamic faiths are based on coercive narratives, threats, intimidation’s.

I've read the Baghavad Gita and it helped me with understanding and controlling my mind and desires. But one thing I feel is needed to be said: be careful with pride. I don't think there's evidence for the claim that Sanskrit is the mother of all languages or that all religions came from hinduism. Hindu knowledge has a lot of truth in it, but let's not make big claims, because it requires evidence. So let's be careful, because thinking our religion is the best may lead to intolerant behavior, and I'm sick of that coming from christians, don't need it coming from anywhere else. Namaste 🙏

@@anshumankhatua let me add something. Many people follow and influenced by karma principle
But they have completely forgotten other principles like dharma , moksha, yoga, tap , example concept of dharma ( drama doesn't mean religion it mean moral and actual duties you have to do while performing a job )
Like if you are a police you are do anything what a police officer will do to do its duty properly but dharma also mentioned that if someone forces you to do your duty over morals you should not commit it for example you are chasing big criminal running in streets and your senior officer said got him anyways
You shoot him keeping in mind that he should be cought this is very good you haven't done anything bad You don't need to feel bad that that you are a religious person and you shoot someone
Coz if he run he couldn't shoot he could killed many people
But if he is running you shoot him multiple time on head coz you hate that criminal as a person and you want him to die this is bad coz now you have put your personal emotions over you job
You can shoot him in legs on anywhere but you deliberately shoot him dead this is bad
      In religious point of view
      3) point if you not doing your duty correctly it's a sin coz everyone have to do their job correct in betterment of society
If you are doing your 8 to 5 work with full concentration you not need any religious practice in that time coz
Your work is itself a religious practice that will better the society
      This is called karamyog
If you have never done anything to society and if you haven't live a good social and economic life
And you want to become a saint
You are a looser coz you have done anything good for the society in your younger age and now you want the society through charity to fund your religious path this is very bad and mean
Coz if everyone become saint then economies and society will collapse everybody must perform their certain duties in certain phrases of life.

Hare Krishna. I beg you all to read the bhagavat gita from chapter two if you are a first time reader. It's so logical that whites and blacks Christians are becoming devotees of lord Krishna after reading the bible and not getting answers. Chanting the maha mantra and read the bhagavat gita is our only way to purify ourselves and to go back to lord Krishna's abode. Going back to God is a process. When our loved ones die, people are always say that they are gone back to God. In school the teacher promotes u for being academically good and not for being pretty handsome or well behaved. To go back to God u must live your life according to your scripture.

Respect all religions their culture and their GODS. We got no right to condemn or unrespect their beliefs.
Few years back... some people often came to my front door n tried convincing me to join their services.
But one day, my daughter was already into it... first two weeks they came n fetched her, third week, when my daughter called them, they asked to find her own way....( She was already into it saying she wants to be one.) When they said find your own way. She refused to follow the preaching she was taught.

I was born in sanatan dharma and since childhood I always heard sanatani is the best knowledge and people born in this are lucky ..I felt horrible when people said it..
then I decided I will understand all the religion first and then I will try and understand Sanatan dharma
I did a great research on all available religion on earth we have 4000 religions and I was wondering if god keeps coning to this world in human form that means there are 4000 different reincarnation of the Gods they believe in which its again impossible practically
Then I found out how the religions were created on this earth by us humans .. so yes there’s only one god now it’s the imp which religion gives me the accurate and more knowledge of GoD himself.... after reading all the religious books that I cud get access to and finally I went to vedas and Puranas of Sanatan dharma ..ooooolaaa laaaaaa .. I felt like I won a lottery...... I found God I found the Pramatma specially after reading Ramayana and Bhagwat Geeta .. I got Moksha, Nirvana, salvation.... whatever you wanna call it...
I found true knowledge from Vedic knowledge ...
no matter what I will nvr accept the statement of racism .. even if I am born sanatani .. cause every child born on this earth first is a sanatani ones the child get older and get the knowledge of this evil world they start with religion .. for world politics..
We are all that supreme power... the almighty the one and only Parmatmas children and he loves us unconditionally...
What I wanna say is after reading and understanding multiple religions I was reborn as a sanatani..
don’t just be a follower be a true believer... the only way be can be true believers is when we get personal magical divine experiences..
Feel the experience and enjoy it that’s the real theme of Sanata Dharma.. which is based on real science ...
Every individual should understand what’s the best religion by studying it themselves ... and not by following it blindly..

Office answers: For those questioning whether or not reincarnation is in Christianity. There are may references you can check online - here's one. “The theory of reincarnation is recorded in the Bible. But the proper interpretations were struck from it during an Ecumenical Council meeting of the Catholic Church in Constantinople sometime around 553 A.D, called the Council of Nicea. The Council members voted to strike those teachings from the Bible in order to solidify Church control.” [New York: Bantam Books, 1983, pp. 234-5.] None the less, when Christians are polled many do personally believe in reincarnation - although it is NOT a doctrine of the Abrahamic religions today. It was the "Eastern heresy" for which many were burned at the stake.

@@onepoint1545 are you hindu ? I doubt... For hindus every human is manifestation of universe itself... All the avatars and Gurus and rishis are those who knew that they are the manifestation of universe. Only thing is Jesus is like a tree in the dessert oasis so people in the desert celebrate that single tree like that is the only tree in the world, while rishis and siddhas and buddhas of india were like even larger trees but of a rain forest so no body notices it...

I give below the URL of University of Virginia- Medical center researchers' talk on the subject which very clearly establishes that this is true irrespective of religion, belief or location. As a Sanatani Hindu, I feel blessed to be born as an Indian, and that too in a Hindu Brahmin Family... I always felt free all around my country about my religion and beliefs, rather than being forced to follow certain predetermined path... Hindus get to choose their beliefs, and that's the greatness of Hinduism.

Rudra Rage Jesus was a Jew. Most missionaries were crypto jews. Point is you can't delink Judaism from the other two Abrahamic religions because Islam is a combination of Arab paganism and Judaism. Christianity was created by jews (Helena - the Jewish mother of the King Constantine between 300 to 400 AD to control the population). So called Jesus never existed. Abrahamic religions are just political religions.
None of the Abrahamic religions were built around any well validated metaphysics. It led to blind belief in a book, needless middlemen/prophets, angels, non existent heaven/hell, fantasy stories (propagated and "blindly believed" as history) and half baked responsibilities due to lack of understanding of balance of natural law or dharma and how to preserve it, law of karma or cause and effect due to violation of natural law, reincarnation (birth/death duality cycle) and moksha (microcosm to macrocosm).

Some someone who believed in many gods and goddesses to see. Hinduism is sometimes Misunderstood to be a polytheistic religion, belief means believing believing in lots of Ultimate Reality. Is, is that contradiction in terms? You can do more than one ultimate it because your argument enough Hinduism has never been a polytheist tradition. It is always been a very mature, pluralistic tradition not many gods, but many ways to relate to the idea of spirituality. it can incorporate monotheism means accepting one supreme personality.
it can incorporate non-theistic approaches as well as non Religious approaches, for making spiritual progress. This is called spiritual democracy .. in the lovely word is " religious pluralism".
      Many paths for exploring spirituality..
, so it's the same. There is one ultimate Supreme. Being?
not being, we say is the principle that under being is reality, which is essentially spiritual rather than material, that manifests itself in different layers of material Level. And this demarcation between for like, man God n universe is very artificial. we demolish ..
      ...its goin
