Thanks for making this Anita. It's great to have a sequence of ATS moves to drill that are different from what I have done before in my class/own practice here "Down Under" in Australia. I love the arm transition from reach + sit into double bump... going to add that into my repertoire now :)
Thank you so much. Please post more drills. How did you get the camera image to be correct. Every time I work with a camera I get a mirror image and it appears I am left side dominate. How do i correct this?
