No handles on the pans...is that common? His technique is superb! That Taiwan Ramen looked more like the style I like, but the mapo tofu looked awfully good!

炒飯、蟹肉レタス炒飯、麻婆豆腐、酢豚、担々麺、五目あんかけ焼きそば、冷やし担々麺、海老マヨ、台湾ラーメン、春巻、鶏の唐揚げ、麻婆丼、五目焼き飯、美味しそうですね。
動画で厨房の中が見れる店は多いけど、食材をどこのものか隠さず見せてくれている。仕事で上本町に月に二回位行くので寄ってみたい。
