I have the MVD Rewind edition, it's a fairly decent watch for what it is. The original cover scared me as a kid when I saw it in the video store shelves.
The original cover was definitely different than the reverse slip of the Vinegar Syndrome release. Apparently the MVD Rewind edition has a different transfer with a different color correction on it, which would be interesting to compare.
