I'm a millennial, I held my first job for 3 years, and that first paycheck was just they beginning. I worked an hour past my shift, because we were short handed for the nights, but I didn't mind. That helped me pay my community college tuition. I felt empowered. Since then, I'm continuing my education to get a better job. Work is so... Liberating.
