I hope you have found your recipe by now but just in case.... Google drop donuts or donut batter. They are all pretty similar, reminds me of flavored pancake batter. Minor variations. For example, some people insist you have to beat the egg whites stiff, some add more sugar or brown sugar. Have fun and I'm jealous that you have one of these. :)
