Anyone working with this tutorial. Make sure all lights in Visual tab are off. Starting to love this program!

Great video. I am learning things here and there. Do you have tutorials numbered? Like lesson 1 through 10 with 10 being starting from scratch, building or importing scenes and 10 being a complete 3 minute movie scene.

+kaloshilo Sorry unfortunately we don't have them numbered, but we do have separate playlists in our RUclips channel so you can find topics related to your level. For a beginner, you may want to look at the iClone Basics tutorials: ruclips.net/p/PLNV5zSFadPdmLsHz0KX3q6RKehP8ZFH5x

is there a hotkey to bring the little light gizmos back up if you "x" out of that tool bar?

Jobe Gruen The forward slash "/" key will automatically adjust the last selected directional light in your scene. If you accidentally close the Scene Manager, use the "F5" hotkey to bring it back up.

Reallusion, How do you do the blinking light? in iClone 6? I want to do a flashing light effect. With different colors.

+FORBID3NX96 I believe the instructor used one of the free, light props that come inside iClone. There should be a prop with such an option inside the Content Manager.

Is this a plug in? Im not seeing those rotational edit knobs on mine. I have 6.5. Please help!

Hi there. This is isn't a plugin the rotational light gizmos come standard with iClone 6. Just select a Light Source in the Scene Manager on the left and press the Forward-Slash key on your keyboard ( / ) . This should open the light gizmo. If all fails, please try to update your iClone to the latest patch and contact us again if you have any trouble.

I was talking about the knobs that come up with your preset lights. Like the lamps and lightbulb. Though Im having more of a severe problem. My texture settings wont do anything. When I load a glow or a reflection it doesn't do anything. Yet on the trail on another PC it works just fine.

I believe that some of these lamps and lightbulb props are part of a special Resource Pack that come when you purchase iClone. To see the glow effects, please make sure that you turn your real-time render settings to HIGH, instead of having it in Preview mode.

I know this is old, but when I go in and hit the Broken Light then play the sequence, it isn't making it flash. In fact, it isn't doing anything.
