Hi - Would you recommend 999.9, Eyevan, and Masunaga as daily drivers for optical glasses? Looking to upgrade from my Burberries and trying not to give money to Luxottica, but not really sure as to quality in this space. Any recommendations are appreciated.
All 3 of those brands would be great choices. All 3 have a history of manufacturing in Japan and use titanium which is a great material for eyewear. It’s durable, light and comfortable.
Beautiful! I was fitted for the Masunaga Taka frame this morning…
They are beautiful frames. Limited production too so it will be a rare occurrence that you see someone else wearing it.

Sheeeesh 🔥🤪😁
Right?! The amount of details on this frame is amazing!
What is different with Masunaga x Kenzo Rindo? They are much the same.
What is Kenzo Rindo?

Another glasses model of Masunaga x Kenzo Takada whih is "rounder" / pantos style
Is it heavy?
They are surprisingly light. More than the weight itself, the balance of the frame is what makes it feel heavy or light.
