Nevermind. I tried that mission again and killed the red demon. As I didn't see the blue demon alive and I got his style I presume he's dead as well. Do you know how to upgrade it? =)

Slight spoilers below After you spare them, you get a mission in chapter 3 where you can create a bond with the blue demon. Then upgrade the bond level for advanced and spar with him at a dojo for master
Just spare Li it does not matter what faction you choose after that.. you have to do the main mission wildfire and the main mission after that takes you back to edo from kyoto.. then in edo the watchman quest will be to the right for Satsuma Clan Estate..
@Nick_Olander same. Im having trouble using this and the hayabusa stances tgough because they are literally at a disadvantage for every enemy. Whats the trick? Waiting to counter spark and riposte with your martial skills? I love the idea of the ninja style its just a lot harder since youre always red arrows
@@user-yz8py5dt5hi use a rush down method of using the basic attack with the forward attack for a never ending barrage. I only stop to recover ki. When the enemy attacks I use the strong attack to phase through them and reapply the pressure. No enemy has been able to deal with it so far.

Im really glad that i ended up going against all the hate. (Not gonna lie. I almost didn't get it because of it!) To add more. I bought FF7 Rebirth (love it too), and I played 25hrs of it! I haven't touched it since then!😅😅😅
@silentguy7860 im 50% into the story and still haven't unlocked it! So, it's probably closer to the end game. Can't wait to unlock it myself. Right now, the one that i love and enjoy using is the one i called The Rurouni Kenshin style! That's the one that the sword remains sheathed. Is fking awesome! Especially when you unlock the 3rd move.😬😬
You have to kill the blue demon and you get an option to kill or spare Li. You want to kill him and side with the shogunate. That is how I got it. There are other comments in here that describe it better😅
This style is the greatest but sadly to unluck it fully you gotta spare LI and wait chapter 3 on EDO map. You gotta do several missions i believe to unluck a special one named "Watchman" or something. Even though it's the greatest style it's not worth it because it's literally at the end of the game mostly after you complete at least 90% of the game. So it's pointless.
Not really, after you beat the game you unlock midnight mode and get armor and weapons above the golden exquisite tier and then you get to redo all the missions on midnight mode which allows you to make new decisions and get different missions

I assume ur talking about what looks like he’s teleporting behind the enemy? If so its the counterspark/parry for a combat style u get for beating the blue demon the name is gikei ryu
Sparing Naosuke Li during the Sakuradamon"s gate incident AND defeating Manatabe first during the fight. You will automatically obtain the blue demon mask right after (at least, that's what happened to me). (Also, to the ones who want to obtain his medical box too, you "just" need to beat him during the prologue.) One thing that I would love to get is the Blue demon armor set. I hope it is possible.
If you haven't discovered yet, you need to spare Naosuke Li and in the last chapter you'll find a secondary mission to do with the blue demon which will upgrade it
You have to kill Li to get the style. Then replay the mission and let Li live and keep that in your timeline so you can upgrade it later in a side mission. I got it yesterday.
@@musicforever8175 I know it was for me too. So you kill Li then as soon as you get the option of replaying missions replay it and spare him and save that to your timeline so you can upgrade it later in a side mission.
I think better animations would help sway people away from the “ps3 game” opinion. The look of the world isn’t so much like a ps3 open world but the animations seem very off.
