Just heard this on the speaker at the shops and I immediately took my mobile phone to get the song title thru Shazam😊 His voice is amazing and the quality is like that of Glen Shorrock's of the Little River Band !!!😍👍 👍👍

My then GF and I saw Ian Moss and his band (after Chisel) at a pub in/near Parramatta one night in the early 90's. I remember it being loud, and I remember them playing this.

Great song. I still have the 7" single I bought back in the day. On red vinyl and came with a bonus copy of Tucker's Daughter. Only got around to buying the Matchbook album on CD a couple of weeks ago. Pretty good collection of songs.
Love it! So minimal yet full of character.
Brings back so many memories!
Love mossi, went to his rivers run dry tour, last night, bendigo fantastic artist and song writer, and his chisel days, fantastic, always travel to tocumwal to see mates playing his music, with a beer between my legs while travelling, love it, thanks ian moss.
Bring me back to the 80’s❤
Mossy is a Aussie legend
Great song , great clip 89’
You mean 1988
Once had his CD stuck in the CD player of my fathers falcon longreach ute 😂😂😂
Was it a problem though?
Reminds me of Rage on early Sunday mornings in the late 80s.... Great memories, I was around 8 or 9 ...
Another good song for road trips is chained to the wheel same as telephone booth
So typical of the 80s scene. Great guitar work. A reminder of that period. Johnny Diesel. Jimmy Barnes. Who else. Tryjng to remember but a man and his guitar and the Aussie countryside etcetera..........
Aussie legend 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

❤❤❤❤❤
NYE 2021, still a jam!!
Also I feel nostalgic seeing old red wooden telephone booths. Common back in the day but........
Great stuff.
Great man 🏆
I can't hide it,
So good to be here.
Lost in transit,
Out on a free year.
There's no truth,
Eying me sideways.
Just a telephone booth,
On a highway.
I ain't hiding,
There's been no breakdown.
Where I'm aiming,
I see the sundown.
One horizon,
Eying me sideways.
Just a telephone booth,
On a highway.
Everything for miles,
Is high on the silence.
Everything's my way.
Where I'm calling,
There's no religion.
No-one falling,
My absolution.
Is all truth,
Eying me sideways.
In a telephone booth,
On a highway.
I stand ready,
For any new direction.
That the sun may lead me down.
Everything for miles,
Is high on the silence.
Everything's my way.
In a telephone booth,
On a highway.
When you know men and women laid down their lives for you to breathe the air
It reminds you of a doctor you can not recall. A very responsible doctor that smacked your bare behind the day you were born. The Air, the first breath you ever inhaled. The air is a strong force,a life force that I am extremely grateful for throughout my years.
🇦🇺1️⃣🆓
Where are all the Telephone Booths??? I can't get outta the Matrix. I can't change into my Super Man out fit. Or do my time travelling, with Dr Who. Who ever took them please put them back!!!
All the telephone booths are on a highway, apparently.
By far he should of been chisels leading singer
I dunno I think Jimmy brought the screech and Ian brought the smooth

Cool
Not a bad song. Never heard of Ian Moss, but someone mentioned him on a Facebook response of a thread I placed so I thought I'd check this song out.
He's a fantastic talent. Guitarist and vocalist for Aus legends Cold Chisel. His style and presence has left a lasting stamp on Australasian music. 😊
@@toyahjensen7531 you can say that again, the man is inimitable.😘😍😎💞
@Make me one Tuckers daughter was his first hit and more catchy imo.
his rendition of Georgia on my Mind is outstanding. A friend of mine named his daughter Georgia after hearing Mossy play that song live.
Thanks mick for this song from Steven and flick

I still vamy believe Tuckers Daughter was a fucking gin FFS!!
