Awesomeness! I was about to part from my beloved Gran Maestria, cause I thought something was broken! And now it's working again! Yay! Thanks a lot guys! It's a tough job, but sooooo much worth it
Another thing that I had to do in addition to these steps was to take a toothpick and stick it up thru the hole where the coffee comes out. Mine was packed with grounds.
That did the trick here! I was so caught up with the "inner workings" here that I completely forgot the fact it could be the outmost layer of issues. I just used a toothbrush with some water and dishwasher detergent to get it cleaned up.
I was so happy to find this video but after many attempts and lots of 10's, scrubbing with the tooth brush using dawn soapy water and running clear cycles, (not a lot came out during this cleaning cycle) I'm still getting water/coffee running down the back in to the tray. Any other suggestions? I'm so desperate … lol .. we love this machine.
Ohh man, you might have a broken prong (prongs are what poke holes in the pods, they also inject the water). You should reach out to Nespresso support and let them know this is what maybe happened?
@@justinluke4975 this is crazy and I'm serious! The husband blew in to the spout where the coffee comes out (hard to visualize, thankfully, I didn't see this) … and hey, it works now! Crazy … but happy. (I'm sure our part helped too!)
@@TheMmsell Ha! This is exactly what just happened to me. Between these 2 videos and seeing progress of chunks coming free.... but it took reading your message about the snout blow and.... finally... back to like-new operations. So glad I found the videos and your comment from last month. Crazy indeed. @Justin Luke

Have you ever descaled the machine?!? Ours is a much older Gran Maestria machine than yours and we have never had these issues.

@@TheMmsell That's solved my problem! Genius idea, thanks!
Same here: “mouth to snout resuscitation” worked perfectly. It’s weird but wow it worked! Thanks so much!
