These simple number sets are used by some of the best Geologists in the World and we reveal what they are and how to use them to find high grade lode Gold deposits in Tertiary Epithermal zones. Geological insight is the key to knowing where to start looking for these types of Bonanza style Gold deposits. Jeff I don't know what that pipe is I have seen them in washes
Hey buddy, I'm inviting you to come to my neck of the woods to find were the gold is! We got a get together in August 23-24 people from all over country come.
The pipe is for ventilating .
@@davidshupe5405 thanks for the invite , really appreciate that
Have you ever noticed that the 1,3,7,21 "magic numbers" are not too far off the Fibonacci sequence 1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34...
It's good that you're repeating important prospecting information, because some people are new and some, like me, forget.
exactly
Exactly exactly
Exactly I totally agree with you.
@@roko5569I like the jeep. It gets you where the good stuff is.
Jeff, I hope you don't mind but I ran across a channel that's not getting very much love. It's called "Old Lost Mines" and gives the history of mining towns and the mines themselves that were all over the west. I hope you don't mind the plug but history like this needs to be shared before it is lost. Thank you for the great video.
thanks we will check it out
Always a great show thank you xoxo
Glad you enjoyed it
Hi Jeff at 3:44 in the video, I was wondering if you ever metal detect those, I'm thinking for myself that I definitely would have? I was just curious. :) Great Videos, Totally love them :).
yes we do
Yeah really good!
Love it. I wish we had these lessons in 77. Oh the gold I walked right over. Question. Hammering out host rock. Bringing samples home. Even a rude hammer and metal bowl. Break it up to get a good sample. I know you got all the equipment. But you had a rock hammer. Just saying. Your in beautiful host rock. Lol prospectors heaven. 😂❤❤❤❤
I know...right ....so much Gold back in the day just sitting there ..... thanks my brother
10,000psi, the most iv used is 4,000 psi. That's powerful Jeff ⛏️
Are there any close towns near the area your talking about.
yes
I'm planning on a trip going to have atv . I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on a ateneray. That would make an adventure of a life time. Would you please advise.
looks like an old well
Jeff , I think the pipe sticking out of the ground would be for putting a umbrella in it so your lovely wife wont get burnt in the hot desert sun , you are very thoughtful Jeff ! Cheer's .
i think you should sit on it
Me & My wife are doing the prospecting in southern Oregon because of U so Lets Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thats what we love to hear ....Congrats my brother
Ive heard the streams in Oregon are beautiful for gold hunting.
That's the first thing my grandfather taught me, many mine openings will have a snake or two hanging around (Poisonous and Non-Poisonous) the entrance...lots of rodents hanging around...easy food
bingo ....perfect food chain
Hummmm ...hate snakes
That's a ventilation pipe sticking out of the ground. Always a ton of useful mining information, thanks for sharing Lila and Jeff. ;o)
you betcha
You can take the boy out of Minnesota, but you can't take the Minnesota out of the boy. Youuuu betchaaaaa. Greetings from the miserable limestone wasteland of NW Ohio. @Askjeffwilliams
That pipe sticking out of the ground that is where you drop your lit sticks of dynamite. Just ask Slim.😂😂😂
They won’t need to breath anyway after you drop down there gift.
Out bushwalking the other day.
Partner: "Why are you photographing those rocks?"
Me: "I'm looking for a contact zone"
Partner: 🤪🤨🙄
it's are favorite Gold Miner,, prospector and geologist Jeff Williams. thank you brother.
you betcha Jonathan
The miners ate lots of canned beans so they had to install a blow-off valve also called a borborygmus or a fluffer-doodle
Blazing Saddles
Great education. Thank you.
Another Fiiine lesson. Thanks Jeff. Thanks camera lady.
What a morning. First I watched the Giants hit a grand slam to beat the Mets. Then Mr and Mrs Quail brought their little ones over to see me. Then, to top it off, I get a Jeff Williams video. Sat mornings don't get any better than that.
Gahhh how I envy you my friend. Its a beautiful life when you get to live it outside like yourself.
Thanks for sharing the wealth of knowledge which is J.Williams Prospector Extraordinaire
you betcha
Your videos never get old. Not even the repeats.
thanks
Thank you Jeff. I am a subscriber and a new Patreon member. I live near the Superstition Mountains and the Goldfield Mountains. I may never look for gold but i really appreciate you explaining the basics for someone new like me.
All the best to you and your family.

you betcha

Every mining Company would hire you with an handkiss. Fantastic knowledge here.
thanks
Good morning Jeff & Lila and of course Slim! Yeehaw! So c'mon lets go!
Yup, you got to keep your eyes peeled for them rattlesnakes and claim jumpers!
good morning
theres gold in the pan gets an eye magnifying glass to see a speck .
met an old guy been panning same area since 1970s How much u find ? Oh about 3 grams xd
always a good idea to find gold where gold is at not fantasy land
Those numbers are correct I've proven it in my own area thanks for the information Jeff
you betcha John
Read an interesting article relating to sulfides, it basically noted a PHD was awarded to a masters candidate in South Africa when the found that 80% of the gold was left in the tailings due to being in the sulfides so the -CN didn't extract. given The prevalence of sulfides and the difficulty in extracting there could be a lot of gold in the old dumps and tailings... AZ geology is interesting a study showed the porphyry Cu deposits were concentrated due to the action of water as AZ was never glaciated.
I feel that copper smelt pours and splatters are very rich in other metals
Oh Jeff when you were panning I was worried , it looked like you were going to set on that old bolt. That looked like a fair amount of gold out of that Tertiary Layer. I would like to spend some time there.
Another great video Jeff! Keep it alive, and find that shiny!!
Thanks Jeff.
Very informative information.
Classroom in the desert!.
Have a great weekend. 👍
you betcha
Regarding the pipe in the beginning, isn't it a marker for a shaft that has been filled in.?
Holy Smoke Jeff I got too Wet on this one, especially when i saw all that Shiny in the pan you took from that Tertiary flow ....that was pretty insane from one quick pan !! I need to get over to your side of the pond before I die and hand in my bones to my Keeper !
In the Sierra my first guess would have been an andesitic mudflow. In the Mehrten fm you can find huge blocks of older mudflows carried along as giant boulders in the younger mudflows containing them.
Just curious Jeff... You mention going to the end of a tailings pile to check the gold content... Would the end be where the totals would have dropped off so they decided to end the digging?? Wouldn't it be best to check between 1/2 way and 3/4's to find the best samples?? JMO
the end of each does not always mean the very end of the mining cycle ....it could be a continuation from another waster pile run
A word of advise for everyone here....
Don't tell Ask Jeff anything == He will yell your secrets from the youtube rooftop
Yeaaah --- Your gonna get funny
hahahaahhahaa
Jeff: I have said it before: OUTSTANDING!
thanks
I don't want a geology lesson, I want Jeff just finding gold and going crazy funny. Otherwise boring.
1,3,7,&21 Thanks for sharing with us Jeff 🤠 God Bless 🙏
Thank you my friend hope all is well be safe 🙏
Jeff always with the best guidance, the best advice. And it's a family affair.
I thought for sure you were going to sit on that bolt at 12:43. 😂 Great video sir.
hahhhahaa I know...right
Jeff you keep telling about the numbers, show your friends and other just how your number are what you claim to be!❤
you betcha
Cheers, bro awesome video💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥
Appreciate it

you betcha
00:37 | Uh, Jeff ... I don't see any pop-up or "card" to your "...identifying rocks..." video. Just saying ...
I'm totally unfamiliar with this stuff, but I'm trying to learn, even though I will probably never get a chance to use this knowledge.
Good morning from Southeast South Dakota Jeff
Good morning SWM
WOW very cool so much geological history in Arizona. What would be the approximate location of such and area?
That pipe is for backing up your RV and emptying your septic system.
Out of sight out of mine, right.?
Just a reminder to all. Including Mr. Jeff all is great until a Rock comes down on your head. Like my friend, crawled to the road. His hand did make it to the service road. RIP.. hard hats please. Does not matter how far the ledge is
It's good to repeat the important gold geology videos for those of us without much training. It reinforces the important points. I watched this before but this time I picked up a lot more info because now I know more about the various rock types and processes.
exactly and thats what we want t hear
Jeff could you do one on like chemical contamination toxic sites?
Didnt some use dangerous chemicals to work the gold?
If so?
How do we know what to look for?
And how to avoid it?
Thanks jeff
That pipe is a pee tube!
Years ago, and I mean like 50, when I didn't know any better I started walking into a portal of a mine near Virginia City and as I got in and the sun light started fading, the mine split into two directions. So I stopped for a sec let my eyes adjust and it's a good thing I didn't step to the right because suddenly that direction dropped straight down. Learned a valuable lesson there.lol. Go up there nowadays and you couldn't even find that portal since nature took over that area.
Me Shasta
Mya . Manuel Leo Josiah jaret Dylan going to meet you someday.cheers!God reigns.
To me it looks like someone’s surface casing from drilling. Keeps all that loose stuff from caving in while your drilling.
I'm in Yuma out by red cloud mine. I'm dealing with cancer and would love to come prospect with you!!
I guess that I should stop dumping those itty bitty specks of gold back into my creek. I have been saving just the big slivers.
Let’s go !
What is the blue grey under the river rockthat sits upon the grey material and some is white I also found a 3' circle of very loose material that looks like lime quartz float and green period looking material
Maybe cave men were not actually cave men as we understand them to be. Maybe they were actually the first gold miners.ha.ha.
….When I was in the Marine Corps, we would urinate into those “piss tubes” as a means to rid bodily waste in an efficient and non smelly manner.
I watched u going down on ropes in that mine .Looking over the edge thats dangerous homes really wow
Amazing very good
But WHY those numbers? What if you were to apply a different set of numbers?
Lol ahh the favourite Austin Power MODE 👍🇨🇦
Hi, in that first pan with some tiny gold specs, can you estimate the gold/ton of the sample?
That beautiful critter in the beginning would make me an excellent hatband! Talk about a great find!
You said when your panning do it like you kneading dough. I always need dough$$$
Vent pipe I think? I wish you could visit near sw Colorado to a property
Rattlesnake bites are no fun. Trust me, I've been there twice already
That pipe coming out of the ground's marking and old mindshaft
Green schist, red schist, I got brown schist. Oh no, Let's Go!!!!
How deep is the deposit if they drilling HQ, 1600 m down?
Great information. Blessings
Glad it was helpful!
I would have never seen that snake😮good video with geology teachings ❤
thanks for the video great memorial day after getting appendix taking out
In the Minnesota iron- gold-copper-zinc regions, greenstone is metamorphosed basalt
I just about stepped on a young rattle snake yesterday, always watch were your walking.
I see a lot of leaver-right in the background.
It's a underground mine vent pipe Jeff 😲 👍♥️
