most ninja missions were probably long and gruelling like that with a lot of outdoors movement through difficult weather and terrain over many days. not in and out of a house and then back home like in the movies.

It's pretty rare to see yagen in use..they are even harder to find and buy for under 200 US dollars if they are made of cast iron. They rarely show up on Ebay..at this point if you want one out of metal you really have to find someone to do custom metal casting for you.
Depends on what you want. I assume that it will reduce the shelf-life, but increase the protein and fat content and quite likely the taste. PS: I do use almond flower for something similar: I use overripe banana and oatmeal as basis and add almond flower, cocoa, Anis, cinnamon, and cloves. I bake these balls and they remain edible for up to a week. Foods like this are ideal after work or work out when you get hungry but dinner is still far away. Eat 1-2 of them and you'll feel energized again.
