I have started my pepper seeds for this year. I have about 50 overwintered plants from last year that I hope to enjoy the fruits from again, some of these are my first F1 hybrids. I have all these seed varieties/hybrids and 2021 plants in my latest video. Happy Growing :)
Thanks! I subscribed to your channel. I brought in one of my pepper plants from last fall indoors (Fooled You jalapenos) . I have some very powerful lights and it is now leafing out a bit. May need to include it in a new video in the future too.Hope to put it back out in the garden in the spring to see if it grows well for a second year. I grow a few hybrids too. One I like is Arcadia broccoli. It has medium sized heads but it is the best one I have found for lots of side shoots for months afterward. Where are you located?
@@thehippiegardener Thank you. I'm from Southeast England. My overwintered plants did start to die back a bit and I thought it was the lack of light. It's not that at all it was the soil which has gone into a solid clump and didn't soak any water. I put some new compost in the bottom of each pot, broke up the topsoil and then put it back and what a difference. The plants just look amazing. They might be 4 foot tall in the summer :)
