Best Post-Workout Smoothie

  • Get refreshed and replenished after a good workout - without having to put hard work into a post-pump meal.
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup strawberries
    - 3 tbsp ground flax seed
    - 1/2 cup greek yogurt
    - 1 tbsp cinnamon
    - 1 orange
    - 1 banana
    - 1/2 cup oats
    - 1 cup milk

    Great smoothie! I substituted blueberries for strawberries because thats what I had in the freezer.
