I actually did first hear her voice on In Flames' Come Clarity album but never looked her up until I finished Mirror's Edge. Yeah I own all of her albums now.....
The sad thing is that she released a fantastic album (Fallingwater) before she did Still Alive for Mirror's Edge, but barely anyone seems to have listened to that album. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't already, one of the most underappreciated artists there is, and she's just one of the reasons I love Scandinavians.
She is underappreciated whether it "looks like" she is or not. She's fairly popular in Sweden, but outside of Sweden she barely gets any recognition. Take a look at the majority of the uploaded videos of her and you'll see that most of them except a couple will have less than 50,000 views (Hell, the Fallingwater songs have less than 2,000). She is a fantastic artist that goes unnoticed in most of the rest of the world. :)
I was GAGGED when she qualified directly to the final. She even gagged Bjorkman, who had to announce her first so Charlotte Perelli could had her mind up when Danny was announced
I must say, I'm such a lazy bastard. I was just waiting for someone to confirm she was amazing even before Still Alive, so now I'm checking the whole discography ;D

This is still one of my favourite Mello songs. It makes me want to run in slowmotion in a forest under the moonlight in a long flowy dress so bad!
