@@stonecoldraider1141 no hes not hes got great athleticism and frame he just needs to bulk up a little more. Lengthwise hes too small to play tackle but anywhere else hes going to do well
Beautiful film beautiful video Sanjit!😄 This guy absolutely looks like the type of young talent we need! He just needs to get into NFL strength and we are going to be a problem on the O-line piece by piece! This guy fills in the exact target spots and or positions on the line that we need help at! Even plays Right Tackle! Love the fact that he sees blitzes and can pass block omg! And that he SEALS OPEN running back lanes! That's what you look for getting Offensive lineman and not hope that a coach can put these things into him if he doesnt have em.
OL players continue to fall down the draft. I think we get a RT in R5. Thanks, Sanjit. I looked at other film studies and they saw the same player. Excellent value for our first 2022 pick.
Thanks for the film work man. He appears to have a drive within him that we need to have on this team! Strong hard-nosed football player who doesn't stop on the plays.. I don't expect him to step in day 1 but hell we've got something to work with
Amazing breakdown bro we got a STUD from my Alma Mater Memphis Tigers GTG 🐅 bout time we drafted out of memphis this new staff is great gruden missed out on multiple starting gems 💎 that came out of memphis the last cpl years
I don’t see him starting off the bat unless there’s an injury, He definitely could use 20+ more pounds. He definitely has the foot work. Great work though man, we appreciate it.
He's going to replace James...Remember Good is coming back and Leatherwood is staying at Guard....He will be our starting center at some point next season
Hey Sanji excellent job bro especially Knowing that you played the position I've never heard the term "independent hands "b4! Great job of breaking it down 4 us! I'd love to see that 6'ft 9in UDFA on the Oline to see 👀the Other teams Defense faces 😆🤣😂RN4L just win 👶🏆😉
I want to start by saying I like this pick. I do however think he’s raw in a lot of places. He’s got a lot of technical upside with his hip / body placements on reach blocks and kick outs/ combo blocks. I also see him giving his chest and waiting for impact from the defender, a lot. He’s going to get blown back in the league doing that. Similar to what happened to Leatherwood last year. He is also very small in muscle stature. Sure he’s done alright in college but you’re dealing with Aaron Donald’s in the nfl. Hopefully those things can get cleaned up and Deuce can bulk this boy up cause he’s got star potential!
This guy with an NFL training routine is gonna be nasty. His technique is amazing. Looks really athletic and knows how to use leverage. Stoked with this pick
Should have traded up and got Dean instead of a backup lineman. Dumb pick. He isnt going to start center, won’t transition to tackle, and they’re going to keep leatherwood at guard. Big L. Drafting for need instead of best player available just like gruden.
Once again you break things down. Now I'm a little bit stoked for this pick. Will the Raiders move up in the 4th and get that tackle from Minnesota? Your thoughts Sanjit?
I thought that tackle from Minn was who they were targeting, was surprised at this pick, but the more I see and Sanjit's analysis, I am pleased with this pick. If they get that Minn tackle, I'd say the new coaching team are geniuses.
Hey Sanjit.. What do you think about them possibly putting Parham at center and Andre James back at his original position.. Wasn't James a tackle when he came into the league?
Great break-down Sanjit. Thank you! There will competition in camp for the left-guard position or even a right tackle, but a few more pounds added will make him more dominant. Thanks Sanjit.
From what I’ve seen in watching his tape he has busy feet and has quickness which helps him pull very well. He’s also great against pass rush moves. On the other hand, he seems to get bent backward often on bull rushes. Like Millers first year, the addition of strength should help that out. Solid pickup!
Don’t hate this pick but really think we should have went with Leo Chenal from Wisconsin. He was the top player on everyone’s board and could have been a great match with Divine Diablo. Still a lot of good offensive lineman available heading into round 4.
not as good as leatherwood in my opinion, but better than simpson in pass blocker, simpson hsa high IQ, but unfortunately not big enough, still think simpson has a future
All this is what we were saying about Leatherwood this guy is small and he’s not gonna make a difference on our oline…Mack is goin run rite threw him he’s not gonna be able to throw them grown man around in the NFL and he wasn’t facing NFL PROSPECT so it made him look ight
Dead wrong the video showed you him matching up with a high 2nd rounder DT who outsized him NFL strength and conditioning hes going to be a good player
Hopefully he can take the center spot That way we don't have to spend half the season on teaching a professional center on how to snap the ball. Get James out of there. He is a backup at best.
I didnt think we could do much in the draft but this is a good pick up. We can only hope he makes a good transition into the nfl. Its alot different than college
He’s not replacing Simpson lol… not this year anyway. Also, I disagree, as I see him as a better pass protector than he is against the run. He’ll be a good guard in the NFL though, at some point. Personally I’d like to see Leatherwood do well at RT so Parham could play RG (and Simpson LG) but unfortunately I just don’t see Leatherwood as a tackle… So as a result, we have 3 young guards that all have upside but one of them won’t start.
You say he’s gonna be our left guard but as far as I can tell he’s played mostly with his right hand down. What are the chances he will play right guard and Leatherwood moves to left guard on the side of the line where he excelled in college? .
don't think he'll start right away. he is a 3rd rounder after all. ziegler and staff made it known they like him for his versatility which fills a depth role right now.

Deuce gonna get him a bit bigger up top and this guy is gonna be our future LG for a long time to come🔥🔥
Deuce still here?
@@nnamdiasomougha3587 yes, they kept him in the staff. He wishes he would be bigger though😂
Definitely can see that happening he’ll be good for us for the long term
Yeah he did a good job we got very few guys hurt last year, you don't wanna mess with the trainers when that happens
Zzzxxzz. Been there done that. We’ve had stellar offensive line. No expectations for my Raiders.
This offseason shows me that the IQ of the new regime is SO much higher than the last one! AFC west don’t know what coming!!
I don't normally get excited about drafting a guard but I think this was a great pick and trading back worked out well.
Yeah we can maybe even trade 2 5s and get a second 4th there's good guys left but it's going quick.
@@Doors067 Agreed
I'm loving this kid.. impressive video👍
Zeigler mentioned Center and Guard for him. Great study here ST.
This guy will be amazing he learn and grow into a stud
PFF had him as the 4th best interior guard coming out. Not bad with pick #90. Not bad at all.
According to ESPN and associated press they had this guy picked as a CFL prospect, Way undersized for the NFL.
@@stonecoldraider1141 he is not undersized for a center
Huh just listed to the espn take and Mel kiper was saying he has pro bowl potential and should have been a mid second rounder

He definitely has some nice leg drive. Great reps against Hall who like you said was drafted at #33. Can't wait to see the staff coach him up.
That's right this guard is vicious! I luv it. I know J. Jacobs

Solid pick , even better o line depth !! And got a extra 5th !
I see so many similarities to Rodney Hudson when I watch this guy. Love the flexibility but would be really shocked if he didnt end up at Center
Woooow great 👍 video it gave me some insight into what to look 👀 for with us this year
He is versatile...he can play both sides ...also heard he can play C as well

How would you grade his strength? Can he move the line of scrimmage?
Bout as good as you can expect. Push Wood out.

He doesn't need 20 lbs but 10-12 by the time season starts
He'll have the money to eat good
Looks undersized for a tackle
this kid is gonna be our center
good stuff Sanjit 👏
He's going to replace James...Remember Good is coming back and Leatherwood is staying at Guard....He will be our starting center at some point next season
I really believe Leatherwood goes to even good asTackle
Why would you think that? There's no issue with James.

Great breakdown he seems to be a good all around player that can play left or right side excited to see him perform this season
I really think this is Gabe Jackson 2.0. Fingers crossed he stays healthy and adds some juice for our OL.
Jakob Johnson will be at fb behind this player at LG I’m hyped for the run game this year
whos our current LG Simpson? who's that,, whatever happened to leather wood
My guy @Sanjit was up late making this Vid! Lol Parham looks good on tape!
ummmm... he is our future center 🤷♂️ Sorry Andre James
He could be the new starting Center. Could James move over to Guard? Or would he be the #2 Center at that point?
A lot of people saying he'll be playing Center. What's that mean for Andre James?
I had Ranked as the number 1 center in the class can't wait till training camp Just Win Baby
Raider Nation is fortunate to have your insights and ability to break things down for us.
The first play I think u didn’t really see how he’s the one getting pushed back
He's got an aggressive approach similar to Richie Incognito, I love it.
He will get "NFL STRONG.☠️☠️☠️
I don’t know what you see but it seems he’s getting pushed into the RB
Jacobs is going to pay dividends behind him.
they have too teach him to hit with his shoulder an not with his chest
Great content 👌🏼 Go Raiders ❗️
Looks like he does a lot of holding I hope he works out
What competition to he go against ⁉️
i think this solidifies good at RT

Great job ST for putting together some footage in such a short amount of time. RN4L
Is he that much better than Simpson?
Speed and strength of NFL DL will not be pushed around by Panrham. Letting dl men get 2 yrds in backfield is bad trying to pickup up short yardage.
You should study blocking schemes a little before you make an ignoranr statement like that
Are the other 2 guards you ranked higher than Parham still on the board?
No. They both went in round 1.
Let his guy get in back field. Not sure what youre seein.
Doesn't matter if a guy is upfield as long as he doesn't impact the play
Another great video
