Dry mango powder(aamchur powder)- 1/3 tsp
Cornflour - 1tbsp
Asafoetida (Hing)- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/3 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion(chopped)- 1 (medium)
Tomato (chopped)- 1 (medium)
Green chilli (chopped)- 2
Coriander leaves
Green chutney
Tamarind chutney
Sev bhujiya
