I try most of your receipes.I even tried this recipe,but somehow couldn't found where the mistake happened.The kachori became very soft,it was not at all crunchy,the same problem I had in making of pani puri.The stuffing was fabulous,but the base came out to be very very much soft.If you can le me know, what was the mistake,whether in mixing of the flour,or do I need to keep the dough for hours ,then again I will try once more. I have made lots of your receipes ,and it comes out to be very tasty. I wish you all the best.

Agar mehman aane wale ho toh uss waqt toh itni sari puriya nahi kar sakte....toh isse pehle se bana ke rakhne ke pls koi trick bataye. Crispy bhi rahe...fulli hui bhi....Malls ke food stalls mein toh bana kar hi rakhte hai....woh kaha garam rakhte hai...zarur koi trick hogi... Pls think over n share...
