@allk5729 I'm speaking in general that survival shows with fan voting have proven numerous times that visuals have been the highest criteria to decide who gets votes.
@@sakuraiishiiyeah,I agree. It’s sad,but it’s our reality. They vote for minors and not for people over 20 and consider 20+ yo trainees are “old”,they vote for visuals just because of how similar that person is with other popular idol and etc. I’m happy that my favorite group wasn’t formed on the show,even if they had their little survival in the company
let's not kid ourselves, Visuals matter a lot, Kpop is as more visual than audio... I'm not saying audio doesn't matter, it does. But visuals is what draws people in, the uniqueness of members, their dance, the styles etc... People of all cultures can appreciate the visuals and emotions through visuals even if they don't understand what is being sung... That's why they emphasize so much, facial expression, expression through the dance, clean visual language in the dance through the body lines, etc...
They won't be a kpop group though they'll be a global girlgroup (based in america) like groups such as little mix, fifth harmony, spice girls, etc. However, as bangpd said "I want to form an international group based on kpop's methodology" so they'll have had similar experiences in their auditions, trainee periods, how they're managed and such to kpop artists. I hope that made sense lol idk if i explained it well. To put it simply tho, they're not a kpop group it's not what they're being formed to be.
it's on youtube! just search "the debut dream academy" and it will show their channel. the program premieres on september 1st at 11 AM eastern time and will be only on youtube for 12 weeks, and the finale is november 17th where they'll announce the girls that will be debuting and their group name.
The debut of the worst group of Kpop me Kpop is destined to the Asian people because I predict the group will go to American type of contents so (I don’t be racism at all it’s just a constatation) Dream academy for me is to similar to Disney channel group so they don’t deserved to debut this group will not survive longer I’m sure of it because if they (the others groups) discover or others fan discover Dream academy and criticize them a lot I m sure at 100% it’s happening so quickly the members not survives to all of hate and disbanding the group the group will not surviving to the 7 years of the laws of Kpop industry for sure they will get hate soon I’m sure in 100%

Whether the voting starts before or after the show starts, most people will vote for visuals or "vibe" over talent. We've seen it over and over.
I don’t think it’s about visuals at this point. We saw a lot pf pre debut videos of these girls today on twt and they are amazing at singing

- they will be releasing a documentary in 2024 which will be on Netflix.
