i really was also.. my tenth is this year so it was just something to pass the time when i watched it, but i was refreshed at how the director and editor, etc.. put this movie together. another great quality movie that wont get the recognition it should from a society like ours..
Agreed. My tenth reunion is coming up soon and this movie managed to get in my head pretty good. I think everyone secretly yearns for second chance at moments from there youth and some high school closure.

That's a great scene, when she realized that the song was writen for her because she use to wear this yellow shoes when she went to school.

Growing up on the early 90s many people were trying to be individualistic and there was a girl I fell in love with that wore these hideous yellow shoes that everyone hated.....but to me they were beautiful.......That line will always choke me up...........I miss you Cassandra.

I watched it for Oscar Isaac after I saw Star Wars, and I read an interesting article that talked about how even though it's not a great movie (just ok), it's interesting because it features so many actors who've really blown up in stardom since. But yeah I think Kate Mara and Oscar Isaac were the best part ;)

For some reason this song really stuck with me. It has no relevance to my life. I mean we all didn't get the girl or guy so on and so on. That moment when she realizes that he's the best she never had gave me the chillz!!!
The first girl I ever really loved I still remeber everything about her. From her favorite animal, to her subway order and the peach perfume she used. Sometimes I'll smell a similar perfume and I'm back being 16 again.

Earlier the same night the talked about the yellow shoes and he sit down, sing the song for everyone and boom, she realise the song is for her and have been all the time, and have been there for 10 years. That moment, that moment!
I actually liked the movie I was unsure if I was going to but I did. As someone else said it captures reunions and well just life. You have the ones who are married with kids the still single trying to find their way and the ones that are too scared to get passed their past.
