    INGREDIENTS:
    White Chocolate Ganache - 3 : 1 ratio i.e 3 parts Chocolate to 1 part Cream by weight.
    Eg.
    300 grams White Chocolate
    100 grams Cream with minimum 25% fat (Amul Cream)
    You can change the quantity as per need.

    Hello Aditi! Thank you for the lovely tutorial.
    I have a question - is whipped white chocolate ganache as sturdy as unwhipped?
    I mean if the cake is frosted with whipped ganache and then chilled… does it support painting on it or pipe chocolate like Mehandi design? I’d greatly appreciate if you could guide with this.. thank you!

    Hey Aditi, I've tried with compound, exactly like you did,but my ganache is sticky. Not easily coming off the scraper and not giving me a smooth finish like dark chocolate ganache. Please help

    A very clear tutorial. Im planning to make a wedding gift cake using this white chocolate ganache. We have warmer climate here in Malaysia. The cake hav to sit 12 hours outside in room temperature. Can i use whipped ganache for this?. Pls advice. Thanks.

      Used whipped ganache as filling and normal ganache for frosting

    Really helpful! Definitely going to try this out as I really needed an alternative to traditional buttercream which is sometimes too sweet for friends and family

      I add espresso flavor to the milk when it is heating up. I use Bustelo's Instant Espresso powder. It's powerful stuff!

    Thanks Aditi! Any tips to eliminate that oily residue that splits from the ganache? I used compound as well. I haven’t really made large quantities with couverture, so I’m not sure if I faced this issue with that as well.

    Does it dry like very thick cream on its own or is it to be placed in freezer ? I feel very bad no hand blender for me . Have upcoming birthday in my home . Pls tell me some cream frosting using gana che 😥

    For filling macarons, what ratio can be used if white chocolate? That can be travelled for 2 hours?
    And in 3 chocolate 1 cream, does it still soften in room temp?

    Hey Aditi. Thanks for making the video. I have a question would be glad if you can answer while making ganache in double boiler it's thinking and not coming out runny. I am not mixing cream in it just plain compound white chocolate. Please tell me is it compulsory to add cream. Thank you

    Do it need icing sugar to make it hard

    Does couverture set well for fondant covered cakes or is compound a better option.
    Also...do we have to cut down on the sweetness of the cake as white chocolate ganache is sweeter ?

    I love your videos they are really elaborate and informative. I had a query I make my ganache with white morde Compound but find it really way too sweet. Is there any other brand of white compound that is less sweet or any way the sweetness can be reduced for white chocolate ganache??

      dark and white chocolate are different so they need different ratio
