For filling macarons, what ratio can be used if white chocolate? That can be travelled for 2 hours? And in 3 chocolate 1 cream, does it still soften in room temp?

A very clear tutorial. Im planning to make a wedding gift cake using this white chocolate ganache. We have warmer climate here in Malaysia. The cake hav to sit 12 hours outside in room temperature. Can i use whipped ganache for this?. Pls advice. Thanks.
Thank you so much for this video! I wanted whiter ganache and couldn't find white coloring at the store, so I'll try whipping it. Also I thought I used too much cream (I want it thick for going between macarons), but I'm hoping it will all come together after some fridge time. Thanks again!
Thanks Aditi! Any tips to eliminate that oily residue that splits from the ganache? I used compound as well. I haven’t really made large quantities with couverture, so I’m not sure if I faced this issue with that as well.
