Aurobindo Realty is an Indian construction company who adopted precast building technology in 2019. They established their own precast plant - with Elematic production technology - for the production of hollow core slabs, solid slabs, columns, pre-stressed beams, RCC beams and staircases.

I asked PM Modi to use precast fabrication on various front especially railway bridges, and other construction industries. It will be more advantage to use during natural disasters, affordable housing, creating housing and other facilities at border areas the opportunity is vast and endless. GoI should encourage such industries like you so that our people get quick facilities at record time with quality products and services.

This plant is around 1 hr drive from the majority of Aurobindo's construction sites. MyHome Constructions built similar sized plant right adjacent to their Kokapet Neopolis land. Imagine the pace LifeHub construction going to be.
