      People who have come to Hyderabad in recent years have no idea about this. The residents of Patancheru have been complaining about the contamination in this area for a very long time

    First thing! Artificial hype around Hyderabad is gone down and the market is correcting and will correct even more. Thus, no point in wasting money on these hyperinflated areas...these videos are last bit attempts by various real estate elements to salvage whatever they can get by trying to play the property hype card. Invest when low and sell when high. It's not vice versa...

    It is going to be hell with pollution and traffic .if u want u will promote any thing . How long go on investing on land .entire India covert to real estate so that no agriculture and greenery .then people will die for lack of rains water and oxygen .

    South Hyderabad is over taking West/North/East Hyderabad …Areas like Kothur/Shadnagar is place of high returns…at present prices are very affordable South Hyderabad is moulding in organic growth..Invest wisely..don’t do as a sheep where every one runs…be smart and see which is high return area before investment..this fake hype by RUclips channels and paid review is big caution for smart investors•
    Deadline for good exploding growth will be around 5years locking period for South Hyderabad .
