Hi @JoshSpector, thanks for bringing in Ryan. There is very little recent content out there on him, especially in an interview setting. I enjoyed hearing his perspectives on scaling a business and creating processes around everything, especially ones that allow you to train someone else to do what you do - which everyone struggles with, even me. I also liked his take on take on A-Players and that the term is subjective, and it is, but I’m more in favor of using the term “high-performer” to describe top talent. Which to me means individuals who have a solid track record of excelling in their roles and consistently exceeding expectations and when you hire someone like that whose aligned with your company and the role, then you have a star player. Would like to see more interviews like this. Instead of splitting up the interview into small bytes, I think you’d do better to squeeze them into shorts, just my 2 cents.
So good, Josh.

Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the suggestion!
