Romania is now part of the Schengen area as of when this video was made so I don't think the visa free part might be eligible anymore. Just raising this for others
Indian nationals with BRP need an Irish visa. Realised it after booking tickets and was very stressed as it was close to the departure date and since VFS was involved.
Are you sure about Serbia and Romania? Non British passport or ILR case + UK BRP? Their consular website response is confusing....confirmed with them by email that it has to be a UK multiple entry visa stamped inside the passport and still valid not just the pink BRP card. BRP is not treated as a valid travel document just a multiple entry visa.

Hello, yes you can. I have a pakistani passport with uk brp and I have been to serbia using it. But remember you can't stay for more than 90 days. Best of luck:)

Mexico has changed because I’ve had to book my visa appointment 😂 I think you can go if your BRP has Indefinite leave to remain

Some of these countries are in the Schengen area, therefore you need either Eu/uk passport , eu residence permit or Schengen visa
