The water is definitely pretty enough, but it's a really popular spring. It may be difficult to not have people in the background. The best chance for you is to go during the week in the morning!

That's a great question...and such a tough choice! Wekiwa Springs is really convenient because if you are planning on kayaking on the same day, you can rent a kayak right from the concession stand inside the park, and then come back turn in your kayak and enjoy the swimming area. Kelly Park on the other hand, has that awesome lazy river to enjoy. You can kayak near Kelly Park, but the launch is a separate business outside of the park - so, you would have to leave the park, and go down the road to Kings Landing.. and once you leave the park, there is no guarantee that you'll be able to get back in. So, my advice would be... if you're planning on kayaking and swimming on the same day - I would choose Wekiwa, because you don't have to leave the park. If you are not planning on kayaking, then head to Kelly Springs because the lazy river is awesome! I hope that helps! :)
@@bowboujee4373 Do you like BBQ? Favorite local smokehouse and one of my favorites is 4 Rivers - and they have a location in Longwood that is only about 10 minutes away from Wekiwa. The location in Longwood also has their sweetshop - which is also delicious! :)
This was beautiful. We visited two springs while we were in Fl recently and it was amazing. Couldn't believe how clear the water is. Nice to know about the bike trail. 👍#14

Hi yanet! Thank you so much for watching! :) Wekiwa is about an hour away from the major theme parks in Orlando. It should be easy to add in a day trip there if you would like to go. My advise is to make sure that you get there early so that you can make sure you get in. Especially if you are heading there during the summer. They open around 8 a.m. and can fill up quickly. Hey you two! :) The Florida Springs are some of my favorite places to go...and there are sooo many different kinds here. I'm determined to showcase them all! LOL. For the underwater shots, I used a DJI Osmo Action - which is DJI's version of a go pro. Aren't they fun? Thank you so much for your kind works as always. You guys are the best!!
