I just started doing this myself but with a 2012 kia forte. I have my power and ground, and remote wire going to keyed on ignition. Then, I look up in the trunk and no speakers. Car only has door speakers. I'm pretty pissed off to say the least.
If I knew it'd be this difficult I would've saved my money on all the stupid tools and supplies I bought and had a professional do it......now I'll have wasted a crap ton of money on the supplies and the person I'm about to pay to do it for me....not to mention there's almost 0 videos of the model sub I have, and very rare to find anything on KIA fortes
+dopex2xdeath that's how I felt when I first bought all my stuff then I realized that I didn't need any of that cuz I could do it myself if you want to email me my email is gurrola227j97@.com
It not behind radio you can find one behind it but that's not where I use mine I use the fuse box to the left side under the steering wheel column I think I showed my fuse box in a video where I was showing off the subwoofers and how they sound you'll see exactly what fuse to use if you check out my other video one of the first ones I ever posted
@@KingJesusAuto I was thinking of doing it your way, but I was thinking of just tapping into the back speakers a running some speaker wires from each side to the trunk and then adding the rca line outs
Where did you route your power wire coming through the firewall
Same?

How many inches should the screen I get be ? I have a Kia Forte 2016
That video quality is 5 star 🌟 Wonder when you'll post another video about the Honda Civic you mentioned and what not ✅🎼🎧
Why remove radio when you could tie high to low (RCA) level adapter in the trunk and rear speakers?
Rear speakers are in the rear doors on this car

I have a 2018 forte with the small screen radio like this. Can i switch it to the 7 inch screen that came with the high trim?
I have one but I know you need different wiring harness buying that next. Only issue I found is finding the panel for the 7” screen
@@FlightGearperson i already give up. i did found the panel and the wire adapters from the chinese website, but it gonna take a long to ship to here
Where did you find the panel? Which wires are you using? I really wish kia made it plug and play like every other car
