Sir, I was admitted with dengue positive, I had abdomen discomfort and distention. Done x-ray abdomen,Usg abdomen and Usg chest showed mild Ascites and mild pleural effusion. So my question is after dengue is that possible of Ascites and pleural effusion? And is it curable without any treatment? Or may I have any Liver disease?

Yes it's possible. Since platelet counts gets low when u r infected with dengue. It results from the plasma leakage into the pleural cavity..
      And yes it's curable.
