For Travel best accesory imo: AR glasses with Steam Deck is a good alternative for portable monitors, i am using NREAL AIR and when you use the glasses it actually feels you are watching a huge 201 inch OLED screen all the while it is portable and it looks like you are wearing sunglasses.
Here's something you may not have thought of. I bought a 3' USB-C Extension to use between my Deck and the Hub to use my Deck as my controller with my home monitor. I really like having all the control options the Deck gives me. Keep the vids coming and I'll be watching!!
@ML to be fair, if you look at his other videos showing the Tomtoc bag, it actually fits quite a lot of stuff but that was just his day bag and he had his backpack for the other things he brings on trips.
I went with the Keychron K8 Pro, but if you are wanting a slightly smaller one, the K2 Pro looks good if you want the full F key row. I also went with the Basilisk X Hyperspeed for the mouse.
For the charge brick I want to mention if you don't intend to charge some kind of laptop or tablet; 65w from UGreen should suffice for your phone and steam deck, and possibly one other device. Steam deck only needs 45w. So for two port charging you can get 45w/20w (45w/18w in the 4 port charger for some reason.) with two USB-C ports. or 45w/ and enough to charge (but probably not fast charge) two phones, or a phone with your switch along with your Steam Deck.
Love the 3d printed sd card holder. I'm going to be buying that anker hub and am on the lookout for a mouse and keyboard too. I just picked up a portable monitor on sale so I can use my deck like a pc, get work done etc especially with windows. Then I don't need a laptop too.
Samsung Evo Select works great, but I just got a pro plus and a sandisk extreme 1tb during the black friday deals. Sandisk went on sale today for like $120 on amazon, the pro plus is $54 on amazon for the 512.
Great selection of items in your travel kit. Can't wait to travel now that I have a Steam Deck, it would have been better to have it on my flight/trip to Vegas earlier this year. Website looks awesome btw!
@ 16:05...why do I take my Switch and Steam Deck with me? I sometimes leave town for 2 weeks, who is going to take care of my ACNH island? What about the games I can only play on the Switch? I am not into emulating.
I have the tomtok case and like how it looks but you definitely need one of that cases that protect the front of the SD as the joysticks always get stuck when I’m pulling out or put in the bag. I have the Spiegen one but in looking into getting the new JSaux mod case that comes with removable support with the m.2 slot kit and traveler cover stand. Hope that the rubber grips I have will fit inside the case

@@TheRosanchez85 may be the best… I bought the mod case and the transparent plate and the custom back buttons from the transparent plate are longer the. The cuts on the case… was a pain to put the mod case on my steam deck. Does JSaux test they product with each others? I’m really doubt about that
Wait hold on how much do you get on Baseus Power Bank ? if my steam deck is 48 % and the power bank is 100 % while i finish charging my deck the Baseus is only at 40 % left battery so it looks like gonna have to return this crap
When I was testing it, in the beginning, I would play until 20 - 30%, then plug it in while the device was turned off. I got almost 2 charges from that, but when I was playing it while charging, I got only around 1 charge.

Never said I fit everything in the carry case/bag. I use a backpack to fit some of it for longer traveling... I show the backpack in the video

Keychron makes great mech keyboard, I have the k7 with mint switches. Sooooo tiny, even for a 65% (it's a low profile).
I'll need to check out some other Keychrons... I've just been so happy with the ones I have to look up the newer ones
