    The man is smart I’m sure. However, he doesn’t move like a great athlete at all. Optimal biomechanics matching our evolution as humans is not what he’s coaching here. Look at how a Kenyan marathoner or Usain Bolt’s gait cycle. PT background is not an excuse to have people compensate in weird ways with their movement. Perplexing how few “experts” are providing first principle based coaching or health advice.

    Is it the camera angle or does this guy have a left arm that’s twice the size of his right!?!

    I have been a S&C coach for 10 years, and the balls tatted dude just talks in circles man. Not having a true understanding of the concepts usually displays itself as talking in circles. He is damn smart but starts with one topic and then goes to something completely different that doesn’t compute with the original topic. Loved the knowledge tho. Implemented it as I was running

    Mirror neurons aren't what most people consider them as. Guy should get with the times, he's stuck in 1990.

    Don’t run unless you desire joint replacement surgery

    • @LatimusChadimus
      @LatimusChadimus Год назад +4

      That's more likely for folks whom don't exercise. You should strengthen your knees before you talk against a natural basic movement

    • @MrJermson
      @MrJermson Год назад

      You are totally ignorant. Studies after studies have shown, if you run with correct form, your knees are in better shape than other form of athletes

      Dont bench unless you want shoulder replacement. Dont deadlift unless you want back surgery. Don't squat unless you want knee and neck surgery. Don't do curls unless you want a torn bicep. In fact just stay in bed and only have bed sores.

      Don't run as if you need to win medals, take it easy, recover before the next running session, you'll be fine and better for it
