I 💟 the Trendy CC 👜. It solves all my concern or dislikes on regular WOC (Wallet On Chain). I love how the chain go through the metal hole unlike the regular woc where the chain rubs on both sides of the leather, that it has a working cc turnlock closure, the chanel logo, I love that it was slightly bigger, seemed to be better proportioned to the wallet and the gold plate on top adds a special touch. The only thing I don't like about this woc, is the price, It's $3,100 USD plus 9.5 Tax, it Totals to $3,394.50. The price went up, I missed out when it was a little lower price... but I'm glad I have one now, before it increases again 😍 Thank you for sharing and expressing how much you love this bag, too. 🛍️👛 💕👜❤️

OxanaLV funny enough the rectangular mini used to cost $3100 (current Trendy WOC price) and also went up $400! Kicking myself for not purchasing it when given multiple opportunities to buy. I just could never find the exact combination I want (black caviar with yellow gold) I was offered a lambskin with light gold.

I was confused by the other youtube review of the trendy cc because of the back pocket but realized she was reviewing the trendy cc clutch on a chain which is a little smaller (with a back pocket and different interior). I had a similar experience once I was ready, I went be k and forth with lambs in vs caviar, when I decided I wanted lambs in I'd hear everyone say caviar is better. I ended up purchasing the one that was available first. I am thrilled with my Trendy WOC and am impressed with lamb skin. Hello, Thanks for the comparison! I didn't realise the Trendy WoC was slightly roomier inside and that the lambskin was actually still quite durable. I love the look of the Trendy, however, decided to go with the Classic a couple of years ago. I absolutely love WoCs because of all the compartments, and am considering saving up for a Trendy. I love the working turnlock and the slightly bigger CC logo, as well as the gold bar at the top. There are a couple of things that I don't really like about it though. I wish it had an external pocket on the back, and it's also a pity that because of the gold bar, the long internal pocket you get on most of the other styles of the WoC, doesn't exist (i.e. it's very shallow). The other thing is that a saw a recent version of the Trendy and it didn't have the rectangular bottom. The bottom was curved (it wouldn't stand up by itself). I think that it doesn't look as nice, and also, fits a lot less than normal rectangular base WoCs. By the way, I'm like you. I stuff as much as I can into my WoC so I have everything I need for the day! It looks fine, and I prefer it looking filled than the way some people wear it where it looks like there's nothing inside. I also unpack my bag at the end of the day if I'm not going to use it the following day, to prevent it from bending too much out of shape. Thanks again! Xx

I actually like the shallow pocket, it works better for change of bandaids, I wear rings and wouldn't want to shove my hand all the way down my woc, but truthfully i don't use that pocket on either one of my bags. I do know I feel cheated when a feature is taken away from a bag that works though, so I totally know what you mean. I saw that trendy woc review you mentioned, I was horrified to see they changed the bottom, it reminded me of the Gucci wocs, menolikee! I do believe Chanel still makes the other version as well. melikeetoo - fair enough. I rarely put anything all the way down the bottom of the long zippered pocket either! I guess it’s FOMO! I put band aids/plasters towards the top also for easy access. I’ve seen some people like to put larger bills horizontally there. Hahaha - right?! Menolikee either 🤣 and I wouldn’t pay for a Trendy in that design, because it just doesn’t look anywhere near as nice as yours, and I doubt you could fit much in there! I hope you get lots more enjoyment out of both your WoCs and even if you decide to sell the classic, you should break even or even make a profit! As for me, I’ll have to decide what I want to save for first - a Trendy WoC, or LV pochette Felicie (I’m a sucker for a hands free, small bag). I was leaning towards the Felicie, but the Trendy WoC is everything!

The Felice comes with a beautiful chain I’m dying to get my hands on. Do you have a pochette accessoires? I’ll be making a video on it today, might be a more economic alternative to the Felice, saving you money for that Trendy Woc.
Hahaha - I totally understand. It's a gorgeous piece. Don't sell it if you don't have to! :) The classic, is a CLASSIC and is always in high demand and retains its value so well. I think it's really nice you have both the classic and the Trendy in your collection, even though you currently use the Trendy more. I don't mind the mini rectangular (not the square), but I don't think I'm lusting after it - I love bags that have compartments. Yes, the pochette accessoires is the only other luxury 'bag' that I own. I had it for a couple years before I bought my WoC. I have it in damier ebene and its awesome if I'm in a rush - I just chuck all my essentials in without having to organise it too much. It's super roomy for its size. I love the gold chain on the felicie and also the idea of the removable inserts that I was thinking I could use the accessories. Do you know which design you want? I can't make up my mind!! I agree, a classic is a classic for a reason and I did start using it more after the video and I can't imagine not having it. I'm all about compartments! Any bag I can have my items standing up and easy to reach. I find black hole bags so frustrating. I switch out my bags frequently so they’re shape is keeping for me and I am a firm believer if you have the space use it. But enjoy yours just as you like. Very helpful comparison- thanks! It makes sense that the lock mechanism allows you to fit more. Is the chain strap length the same? I'm really tall, and have an old WOC (travel line). I'm probably going to sell it because of all the issues you mention in addition to the strap being even shorter than regular WOCs.
I'm glad you found it helpful. The chain length is the same as my back at woc. The Turlock is amazing, but the lamb skin leather is more flexible than the caviar, in my opinion. Can't wait to see what you get 😊

I have the Trendy CC WOC and I absolutely adore it. I never really liked the classic WOC and didn't think it looked worth its price. However I've only worn the Trendy CC five times and the lambskin has scratches and the hardware on top of the plate looks so badly scratched. It breaks my heart. I only wear these for dinners (very short period of time) and baby the bag like mad. Yet this happens... How does your hardware look still?
Emily Mah At the time of filming this video, I hadn’t removed plastic on my trendy hardware. I watched someone on RUclips say that was bad for the bag so I did remove it this year and I have to be honest, I hadn’t really inspected at the hardware until I got your question. It does have a lot of surface scratches, I was very surprised and immediately regretted removing the plastic 🤦🏻♀️. However because this is a piece I intend on keeping, I’m not very bothered by it. I cleaned the hardware and it still looks shiny. As for the leather I just use a black leather polish on any marks and everything seems to buff right out. Thanks so much for watching❣️

I had my lambskin WOC for a good 2 years and used it quite heavily. When I sold it it had minimal wear. Lambskin is a beautiful material that is a lot hardier than people think and discuss on the platform. Sometimes Chanel has a poorly constructed item with terrible lambskin, I think people confuse these with actual good Chanel lambskin. It that makes sense. The trendy cc WOC is the only lambskin piece I own
I just got mine last week from saks but they only came in the chevron style this season but try call in either saks or neimans, they should still have this around especially in nyc
I was looking for these over a year and i noticed that these trendys only come in around winter time so if you don’t snatch it up it’ll be gone around late feb or march time but do try call in different department stores rather than chanel boutiques cause sometimes they do have more of them in stock

I will say that the bags look better and will maintain their structure if not over stuffed. If you need to take more stuff, use a bigger bag. 🤷🏻♀️
