- Hey y'all! Today's video is YOGA FOR HIGHER VIBRATION. This is video is a slightly challenging Vinyasa flow. Throughout the practice, we are incorporating poses that are meant to help you get deeper into your body and mind, remove toxins from the body, incite positive thoughts, and get your body moving. The more you move, the more you vibrate. We achieve this by incorporating dynamic movement throughout the practice and we end with a vibration centered meditation. We begin our practice with the Breath of Fire. The Breath of Fire can help to release toxins from the body, build endurance, boost brain function & more. We're also incorporating a twist, inversion, and heart opening pose. Our final mediation enables you to envision a glow around you, and to absorb positivity while repelling everything negative. I hope that the heat-building, along with everything else can enable you to raise the vibration in your body. Found this video after doing day 22 of the B.E.A.M challenge which I wasn't quite capable of doing. Had to shift my energy. Feel better after doing this. Yoga, to me, takes much more physical and mental strength than when I lift weights.

This was AMAZING. I did the 30 minute negative release first and the two together are absolute perfection! I am recovering from COVID and this was the first activity I could do comfortably. Thank you for the great class! I enjoyed the fast movements between pyramid and high lunge even though I had a hard time maintaining my balance. Would love to know what you think about or where do you put your focus when you loose your balance to regain it. Thanks a lot for all you do!!
Building balance can take a little time & comes best with consistent practice. Find a focal point somewhere on the floor or straight in front of you. In Sanskrit, it’s called your “drishti”.
