@@Voidaken Well from a character development perspective it's just Sanji's best arc imo. Nami and Brook shine in that arc, but other arcs do more for their character. Robin and Usopp have a ton of development in that arc and it's obviously where we meet Franky.

The fact that people would even mention Skypeia - an arc where her ultimate contribution is to get one-shotted by the big bad and spend the entire climax unconscious - speaks volumes about how badly underutilized she is.

honorable mention for robin is skypeia, she honestly was able to play a huge part as the crews archeologist despite us as viewers not understanding the need for one on the team. i think a lot of robins good intentions in skypeia get undermined because we don’t know if we can trust her yet

I would give chopper Zou. His medical expertise was fundamental to saving the mink race. Underrated moment.
Brook was shown to be someone who'll get his things done when on a mission. Man almost died again in Whole Cake yet came back with the mission a success.
For me , Nami's best arc was also Whole Cake because she had a lot of screen time and was more useful than other arcs. Zues breeze tempo was prob only used once. And she used Big mom's lightning to do cool stuff.
Why was Skypiea a honorable mention for Chopper? He was incapacitated for, like, half of it.
Chopper spent almost the entirety of Skypiea screaming and crying and being scared of everything. If he has a best arc, it's WSEL or Thriller Bark.

Nami's Arlong Park arc is still the best to me. The English dub of the whole arc is incredible. The emotion displayed , the tone , how dark was and my god the voice actors put in WORK during that story.
