Its not easy to be a puppet, see the way he is sweating. Worst army in the world. Army that cant fight boko haram and bandits
I thought I was the only one that noticed.... Arise no get AC
Den get, e no dey work on or for sum ppl
@@oyetundeoladipo8244lying requires mental work 😂😂😂😂hence the sweating
@@oyetundeoladipo8244 The idioot is not worth an AC
My thoughts!
DHQ: military will not watch terror happen
Me: where was d military during bokos massacre in plateau state ? 200 dead…
Tell Nigerian politicians to give Nigerians good governance. The problem is bad governance.
This man is clearly working for the government. So is he telling us that if the military intervenes they will support military agencies and not citizens?? He is clearly not going to support citizens. Let them stop saying opposition parties and speculating up and down. Thank God for this interviewer she just exposed how corrupt and selfish these people are, I hope everyone’s eyes are opening now oo
Should he be working against the govt?
@@kamaldeenaolatunji7282 What are you talking about out of point
@@emmachukWhat he’s trying to say is that it shouldn’t be a suprise all these army, police spokesmen etc to stand with government
@@sdservin i got it now🤙🏼
Asking these kind of questions when there’s hunger and suffering in the land, shame on this lad
I dont know why everybody working for tinubu suddenly lost their senses... Anarchy bawo.. .. The criteria to work for Apc and Tinubu is just to make sure you dont use your brain.
All of them are m@d na. Shebi they don't feel the hardship in the country
Honestly, all of them are behaving life fools,as if Tinubu has swiped off they brains to something else...Tinubu him self did a protest. Brainless old fools...
Sometimes people use words they don't know the real meaning of
@@ishasuncatering1003 honestly
😂😂😂😂😂😂
They already named an up coming protest as an anarchy. If this is not emotional blackmail. I don't know what else it is. All this talk from them won't stop Nigerians from carrying out their right to protest.
Nobody is organizing Protest for Anarchy neither to destroy anything. It's our fundamental right to protest against Bad government. Call it whatever, WE ARE TIRED OF THIS GOVERNMENT
All liegeria vampires and devilish heartless government since 1960_till date political looters and horrible executives armed robbers called politicians etc.
So are you the one organizing the protest?. Do you even know the organizers?
It's our right, it also our right to make the right choice.
I don't want to come out and support some group of people who want to create chaos.
How many of you are tired of the government? Make sure you come out for the 10 days
@@user-ju6vs1rh1zIs nigeria not in a chaotic situation already?.
A peaceful protest it is but I'm sure some people are planning to cause chaos and destroy the few things that are still sustaining us in this poverty wave❤
With God on our side, we shall overcome this trial times.
What is d Nigerian army intelligence doing about boko haram, kidnappers, Fulani herdsmen ?😒
Good question
@@chrisobinna1558 it looks like Naija is country but it’s not…🤦🏾♂️
The Nigerian Army is nothing but a big bunch of cowards
And IPOB terrorists. Why listening only those in the north when you also have terrorist organization in the South? Our politicians would continue to exploit your myopic and sentimental attitude.
What about ipob?
Nigerian Army has been reduce to this Gabbage 😳😳. Imagine look at the military spokes man defending the politicians. Nigerian is Gone bro🥹🥹🥹
We will take Nigeria back I swear
It breaks my heart to hear him speculate on what is driving the protest. We are not ready for greatness yet
He's just saying rubbish...their own responsibility is to provide adequate security
In 2012, even with a sound and fast-growing economy, these clowns shut down Nigeria for almost 2 weeks for selfish and tribalistic interests. This protest MUST go on.
The day every region of Nigeria would wake up to fight for good governance ...even the military n police put together cant stop anything
I swear
I love you ma'am, you asked a very accurate and transforming questions. Kudos to you ma'am 👍
Protests were used to dismantle apartheid.
Executive arms has failed the citizens
Legislative failed
Judiciary failed.
Now, the military too?
Where's the hope of the common man?
My own be say military or police should not raise arms against the citizens
We knew the mentality of Nigeria security forces. They always show their might when they see unarmed civilians, but when they meet their equal, like terrorist/boko haram/bandits, then they will soft pedal and start given unnecessary excuses. They will forgot that this particular protest concern everybody in Nigeria, except the wicked leaders. The security forces suppose to join hand in the protest. Everyone is feeling the heat.
Nigerians, please don't give up on this planned protest. You can see they are afraid.
Why is he sweating in the head?
Thought there's an air-conditioner there😂
Even the host is afraid.
They both have something to lose and are afraid of those who have nothing to lose.... and AC is on!
Bcos the Major General is a Lair.. simple.
😂😂😂
Vawlence 😂😂😂🎉❤
God bless all the Arise journalist. See how Maj. Gen is dragging himself to answer simple question nawaooo.
Nigeria is in for a serious troubles if this is the mentality of our military personnel in 2024
This man is not even sure of what he's saying
He is very shallow. He kept on repeating anarchy and violence. Such a myopic views . Our military has already been sold out. Nigeria will come And protest. Period!!
This is a disgrace to the Nigerian government and Nigerian army is a used
The protest is about hunger, end bad governance etc. Mr Buba stop adding acronyms to the protest. All protest date back 1954...have always been peaceful but usually hijacked by government forces and government thugs...please, conduct a professional address to your pay master(Mr. Tinubu) and let him know that an hungry man is an angry man.
Thank you mr Buba and God bless Nigeria.
If the energy put in stopping this protest in Nigeria. Nigeria would have start working
when lie wan ki u na so u go dey sweat, why didnt she ask him who invited dem during ENDSARS n WHO DID DEY PROTECT THERE ?
Why is the army treating a protest like a terrorist attack?
Lol..
I love this woman. God bless you for asking clear questions
This is quite an intelligent lady. This soldier man is a politician. Why all these baseless speculations? There's so much hunger and insecurity in the land
That is how Nigeria failed as a nation the military are deeply committed to politicians that appointed them as chief in their various formation is not the duty of a major Gen in the military to come on media on national television to talk about protest is not done anywhere in the world is the duty of the police and order para military agency,We are informing them their is no going back on this nation wide protest to end bad governance Nigeria most rise again.
Sir, I think the military are better to go and deal decisively with the kidnapping, insurgency and Boko Haram. One of the problems that cause hunger in Nigeria is insecurity. People cannot go to and work on their farms safely. The ministry of defence has been attracting a lion share of the Nigerian budget since 1999, but insecurity has been increasing, rather than decreasing.
Your duty as a security expert is to focus on the intending infiltrators and not the organizers. Territorial security turned internal security doing the job of the police.
Where in the world do you see the military in the media discussing protests.
I hope they will not be used again to shoot unarmed and peaceful protesters like they did in Lekki?
That's what they are secretly planning to do by their heightened use of the word anarchy. They will try as usual to infiltrate the protesters with their armed thugs, touts and hoodlums to claim anarchy so as to justify their blood thirst to kill innocent protesters but it won't happen. Nigerians will protest and the heavens will not fall. His paymaster protested against a sitting President Jonathan so why is Tinubu affraid and is ensuring all his paid stooges in both the military and civilian populace are out as attack dogs to drum war for a simple peaceful protest by the Nigerian citizens? Abeg, let them go and face boko haram terrorists and bandits and fulani terrorists herders who are the main cause of high cost of foodstuff in the markets. This is leaving substance to chase shadows.
By the way, what is the military doing in civil matters; ain't they ashamed of themselves with this unprovoked posturing?
So empty. So his only explanation is KENYA. The real hunger in the land isn't enough motivation?
The Army should not mangled it’s muscles against peaceful protesters, but rather should direct their forces towards overcoming all the dimensional insecurities bedeviling Nigerian people.
Thank God that you agree that Nigerians including soldiers families are hungry and angry 😡
Thank you madam for some questions you asked him and he couldn't gave the answers.
Is it not surprising to see the amount of resources, energies, people and institutions that have been brought to thwart the proposed nation wide protest. If this same resources have been targeted at combating corruption, bad governance and hunger, there wouldn't have been need for protest in the first place.
All of a sudden, Oro festival is going to commence in Lagos during that period.
Hunger, poverty, deprivation and disease knows no religion, tribe or political affiliation.
Nigerians, unah just dey whine me....
How much is ur wages
God bless you Arise anylist
When Abacha suppressed the people's freedom and liberty, God took him away...
God took him away and Nigeria is better today right ?
@@user-rs9be6cm5h That's exactly what I'm saying. If God could take Abacha who didn't oppress the masses, but was hated because he refused to allow the likes of Tinubu and his allies to rule, then the worse might happen to those who feel they can hide under democracy and capture Nigeria to make life unbearable to the masses. 🤔🤔🤔
Nigeria army, the weakest military in Africa!! They are only strong against armless, defenseless Nigerian civilians, they still can not face boko haram and bandits in the north years on nevermind foreign aggressor..Nigerians are kidnapped, killed daily in the north by bandits, the Nigerian army dont see that to face, instead they are bragging about facing protesters.😂If an opposition could cause a country to protest that means the government in power has failed. That is why it's an opposition, against the government, not meant to support the government.lf a foreign entity can convince a nation to protest that means the government in power has failed.
If you don’t have questionable character or a criminal you won’t work for tinubu.
Motivated by suffering.
Hunger, inequality, lawless nees.
All of you should put this efforts to make sure the protest is peaceful not stopping the process
Ma, thank you for your service 🙏
What is all this gaslighting about?
Why is he covering his eyes, on an interview
We have a long to go in this country.... Haba! This government is still talking about opposition party, election is over...... The government should have focus on adjust economy of the country not talking about opposition.
Nigerians don’t be intimidated. You have the right to peaceful demonstrations. The ICC is also watching. Together with Kenya, we will change the face of Africa. Comrades let’s Go!!
😭🤣🤣😅 Leave Kenya out
One question I have for Buba is if the hungry and Nigeria youth make up their minds to revolts can the so call Nigeria military that could not contain insurgence contain the oppressed Nigerians. You guys better be careful stop beating the drums of war all because of little profit you are going to get from the oppressors
Wot is this guy saying?!
Are you not tired of this bad government?!
Ur parents or siblings are somewhere lamenting too..
Chairman, time has come for u to tell ur fellow colleagues to support Nigerians
How did this uncoordinated and very unintelligent man, become a general in the Nigerian military. Shame on Nigerian military, shame on the Nigeria government.
It’s obvious Nigerian government is scared
What about boko haram ,unknown gunmen/women etc.no Intel yet.
We thought Nigeria military forces were to Encourage Good Governance and not to support those who are destroying the country and its citizens
Focus on the people planning to hijack the protest to make it violent, the organizers or planners shouldn't be your concern as a security agent
Our security agencies have abandoned their constitutionally assigned responsibilities in fact they have failed to secure Nigeria territory. What is Army's business with internal protest they want to usurp police responsibilities. What are they doing about the terrorist all over place, I can't even go to my farm out of fear of being kidnapped or kill.
Maj. General, your family are not buying food commodities cheaper today. Don´t forget this upcoming protest will makes food commodities a bit affordable for your family and your siblings and friends in the nearest future. Oga Maj. General, encourage and guarantee your family and siblings to come out for peaceful protest to help all Nigerians. The police and the Military should come out to protect and protest with NIGERIANS at this difficult time.
Sent to put fear
Nigerian military has no right to stop a peacefull protesters the law didn’t give them that right to interfere they should just stay away
He pointed at everything but didn't point hunger, didn't point political corruption, didn't point hardship
I actually like the way the madam is putting in these questions....
It’s like one criterion for being in government is to be dumb and arrogant. WTF is this one saying 😅
The failure of Nigerian government to see and acknowledge the pain and grievances of the citizens as a reason for this prosposed protest is a clear indication that they have no plan to better the country..
Why are u referring to Kenya
Advise Tinubu to do the right thing forget violence we’re not going to be violence oooo we’re hungry ni
How is this dude a Major General in the Army?
Oga maj General, people are hungry and angry... nobody is planning anarchy anywhere and nobody is fueling anyone...
Last time I checked, its been years Nigerians have been complaining about the bad governance before kenya protest... Why should kenya protest be a basis to intimidate peaceful protest in Nigeria?
Nigeria is gone. To your tents o various nationalities in this contraction.
Who organized the 2012 protests? Were they in power or in the opposition? Go ask Tinubu😂
Yes we will do more than kenya...cause we are the giant of africa
When you do these types of interviews it would be wise if you can always allow Nigerians to have direct communications with these guys because they have a lot of questions to answer.
It’s still the same old pattern BAT uses, settle those ones in authority so they will come on air to blab. AUGUST 1 is inevitable. Enough is enough.
Ask General Buba if he is enjoying the cost of living in today’s Nigeria under over 1 year of Tinubu rule? The protestors are protesting Tinubu bad governance. The army should stop help this kind of bad regime to rule Nigerians. Corruption is killing all Nigerians. For God sick, the army should let the people speak.
Please ask him, that when he joins the military if bags of rice is 96k , remember when you shoot at the market it can hit one of your own, these people have underestimated us enough.
My problem here is that, since all this while the president hve not said anything, comon to address to the country
No
Political army 😂😂😂😂
Sir I call you because you deserve that title. The way and manner you responded to this interview showed you are a world standard military man. You didn't show any military intimidating gestures, you were not arrogant, you were not forceful, you were calm and very articulate and you have a lot of wisdom. You just behaved like a typical American and a british military. Keep it up sir buba, I pray one day you will become COAS. And when you become it we will have a better military.
Why is he sweating again?
It's always very hard to defend lies.
Thanks 4d updates ❤😊
For so long there was boko haram but silence 🔕
Terror groups but silence 🔕
Now protest agains bad gouvernement,
Gouvernement started talking.
Go AES and GEN Zs of Africa.
Tinubu ,Ruto,Alasan Watara, Nana adufo etc ,MUST GO😮😮😮
Thank you madam for the relevant questions you asked that gentleman.
He was taken to the cleaners really. “Coul it be...coul it be..” even after agreeing to hunger ravaging Nigerians. #EndBadGovernance
It was Kenya that shadowed Nigeria and not the other way round. Unfortunately Ruto did not learn and stay on the side of the peaceful young protesters and copied the lekki massacre model
So this officer does not think that the hunger and anger of Nigerians is sufficient to cause a protest? Why must the authorities automatically suspect sinister hijackers? I did not know that we had such silly reasoning amongst people in authority!
True.. true... This man dey sweat for him head oooh😂. Chai the heat too much on that chair amidst the air conditioner.
Why should military be talking here .. that's intimidation
Why didn't the army detect such during the tinubu protest against Jonathan government?
This woman is intelligent... This particular protest is different because everybody is feeling the heat, i am disappointed at this Oga, if Nigerians are hungry and frustrated why do you feel that the protest is backed by opposition and other agencies as you mentioned? It is appalling that almost eveybody under this government seem to be walking dead when defending their pay master ...
Last time I check zoo nigeria doesn't have up to 30K military service men and women yes there's some repented bokoharam among them but the Biafra libration army is about 85k and we are working hard to double those numbers 💪
KENYA 🇰🇪 SHOWED US THE WAY...
Yes. Leaderless, faceless, partyless, aimless. Finish then go home. Nothing new under the sun.
Protecting Nigeria govt. Is hard here...see sweat!😢
Take it from a Kenyan, give the people what they want, no military power is greater than the power of the people
Please tell your principals all we are asking for is good governance. Nobody is planning anarchy!!!! Address bad leadership.
"The frustration of Nigerians " Gen. Edward Buba, what do you understand by this?
This military man is sweating 😅. Arise Air Condition don spoil
Whoever discourages peaceful protests in these horrible times in Nigeria, is either a bribe taker or a thief.
